Did BSP ever prove that he or the "female cop" were ever associated with law enforcement? This just seems like a sloppy reskin of Cyraxx stuff, of course every department has their own code for a "43" but Phil calling about identity theft years ago wouldn't be memorable nor would it earn him that label imo.
BSP got the case file with a FOIA request, and Phil confirmed he had the correct case file number during the interview.
Phil called the police in 2021 to report death threats delivered via email. The lady cop documented that Phil said he made a living playing video games and made a lot of money. So while reporting death threats, Phil gave her a one-on-one prestream, which would certainly raise red flags. She also said Phil insisted that the police never come to his house, which made her suspicious, as that is not typical victim behavior. She went to Phil's condo and noticed his place covered in cameras, which she also found odd.
In short, during her brief interaction with Phil, she figured out how weird and paranoid he is.
It's also worth mentioning that all of this only came about, because Phil tried to gotcha BSP during the interview by saying he spoke to a lady cop, so the police report was wrong. BSP released the audio to prove Phil wrong.
Phil is a pathological liar, and he should never be believed without a mountain of evidence. His usual tactic is to deny everything and prove nothing. Unless he presents evidence of what he says, don't trust a single word that comes out of Phil's mouth.
