X has a rule against nudity distributed without someone's consent. He might not be actually breaking the rule depending on how you view linking illegally rehosted onlywhore content but it looks and smells enough like taunting revenge porn type behavior that X can decide it broke their terms of service (and doesn't require a legal ruling to do so).

Not in her court records yet, but the changed address is now in Aaron's, and it would appear that he finally got his wish that she "crawl back to the shithole that is Litchfield":
Bear in mind that the address on the subpoena would just be whatever address she would have given to the investigator or prosecutor in Aaron's case whenever she was last asked for one, and doesn't necessarily prove she actually moved in with her parents. It's also curious that instead of a deputy personally serving her there in the ordinary course of business, instead they either A) made a courtesy call to her in advance without going there at all or B) went out there for a failed attempt and left a business card there for her to call, because ultimately it was arranged for her to drive to the sheriff's office to accept service in their lobby. All of that would be consistent with her living somewhere other than the address she gave to the prosecutor, but it doesn't mean she isn't either.
Whatever happened to all her tweeting for advice about pros and cons of living in an HOA, as if her sugar daddy was about to buy her a place in a nice new suburban development? And whatever happened to the big fat NDA payday that should have at least covered the down payment at a nice rental, instead of needing to crash in mommy and daddy's basement? Pretty cheap, Nick, pretty cheap.

How does the timeline look for an April testimony? What things could she actually testify to without Aaron's consent?
Can they bring in anything April got from the mobile phone accounts? Because either they were still married and she cannot testify against Aaron, or they were divorced and her accessing his data is iffy?!

I may have a case of 4D chess but getting Ape to testify would be a way to get the notion Aaron ate cum in fucking court records, for everyone to point to, forever. I can already see Nick insisting Kayla to have her lawyer do that (ostensibly to have a clear picture of the Qover but the ulterior motive would be all to clear to the peanut gallery).

What relevance would that have in April´s testimony and why would the court allow them to follow this angle? This is nonsense. It´s not a civil case, it´s not an attorney representing Kayla or Nick against Aaron; it´s a prosecutor. They have no interest in Internet shitflinging.

Actually, I think somewhere in this thread, you actually can't testify against your spouse unless you're given permission to, and it's a rule that specifically exists in Minnesota...for some reason. There's a handful of exceptions but it's usually related to children.

The testimonial privilege ends with the marriage. April is not Aaron's wife anymore, she can testify.
If you continue reading that passage, there is still a communications privilege associated with spousal communications which took place during the marriage. But I don't believe communications within the polycule group chat would be covered under that, as they are not private spousal communications, and in any case anything outside of spousal communications is not covered by this privilege.
