For comparison Russian army has at this point 1,5 million personnel. And Zelensky claimed ewdays ago Ukraine at this point has around 100 brigades. Brigade = 4500 men . Plus there are non frontline personnel. Logistics, medical personnel, airforce, maintance etc... So I would say 700 000 is realistic number.
