Cade really does embody the psychological phenomenon of "splitting" better than any cow on the site. Splitting means that in your interpersonal relationships, someone is either your saviour and bff forever, or they are literally Hitler and the worst person ever, and that assessment can flip instantly, at any time.. It's very strongly associated with Cluster B personality disorders, and given that Cade seems to have ALL OF THEM (Borderline? Check. Narcissistic? Check. Antisocial? Check. Histrionic? Check, check and triple fucking check) it's perhaps no surprise that everyone he meets is his best friend and he's going to form a band with them and do art with them and live under their bed and ... until they don't do what he wants, when it's meltdown time and they're now the worst person who betrayed him and probably voted for Trump and their racist and transphobic and ever 'ism and 'obia ever.

I totally agree, and on top of that, when he'll start splitting he will claim that anybody who he has a raging, obsessive delusional grudge against has "BEAT" him. The late Sherman is the most iconic instance of this but it's also literally been his entire family at some point or another, ex-partner/former friends and occasionally strangers he's encountered.

He's never been specific on what being "beat" even means. Even people who have been physically assaulted don't fucking talk like that; they'll use more literal/realistic terms like punched/choked/slapped etc.; you get my point. If people are genuinely trying to draw light to being a victim of assault, they won't consistently use the term "BEAT" and expect anybody to comprehend what they're even talking about. But fuck, this is Earl; the expectations are out the window; this isn't even a false accusations scenario where he's trying to get people in trouble; he's just searching for a strong dose of delusional validation.

Earl accusing his elderly parents of beating him was probably the most ridiculous and buffoonish example of his lies/delusions since, in any video, you'd always see this terrified, vulnerable elderly couple trying to protect themselves against their unhinged schizo son shouting at them, the fact he'd even think anybody would believe him on that shows his utter stupidity. And then, more recently, I've noticed he's accusing his ex-girlfriend from 15+ years ago of beating him, although she likely doesn't even think about him nor wants to be involved in anything he's spouting.

With any grudge has, he slaps an instant "I GET BEATEN" statement on them and never even elaborates or tries to be any more specific than that. It must be tiring being on the receiving end of that.

I have no idea, never met the guy (and surprised I haven't). I only clicked this thread because it said "Dayton" (where this party happened), haven't read it in years, and was surprised that I knew some of the people recently mentioned (like "Mary", who does happen to be in that photo)

From any and all accounts I've heard from locals in that area, he is widely unliked and makes lots of people very uncomfortable due to being clearly mentally unstable and becoming really unpredictable whenever he's intoxicated. Probably the type of situation where people just leave if they see him enter, or make sure to keep any personal distance.

I mean I (unfortunately) learned about this dude through here, but I can't even imagine dealing with him in person. Consider yourself lucky in this scenario.

What's the latest updates on Earl?

I wouldn't be surprised if this guy ends up dying at some point soon too, to be completely honest. He doesn't even try to take care of his health and the more recent pictures I've seen of him, he looks super malnourished and generally unhealthy. He's pushing 40 and he sleeps in a fucking attic, has a terrible diet/barely eats well, doesn't try treating his condition, is perpetually broke and boozes a bunch. Somebody made a good point earlier in this thread when they compared recent pictures of him to their family member who had kidney failure (if I remember correctly)

If his mother passes away before and this guy ends up homeless, his chances of dying are increased by 200% considering the fact he's likely gonna be hooked on drugs and probably picking up some sort of disease, on top of all other risk factors lol.

I saw a few pictures of poor ol' Sherman a few months before he passed away and for a more heavyset guy he got very skinny and his skin looked a bit discolored which was probably due to his liver problems. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Earl follows the same path.

Either way, hopefully his mother makes good connections and finds ways to stay happy because she doesn't deserve to be constantly harassed/tormented by her horrible excuse of a son who's in that house alone with her, especially after losing her husband/other son.

Yeah, I miss the old Dayton. He was unironically a good film maker, as all his old fight videos were incredibly entertaining and well choreographed. This vid may be my favorite. It has the iconic line: 'You don't let a man beat another man- not a man who dresses as a woman." Also the ending is peak.

I remember this video so well it had so many hilarious lines in it. It comes off the most as a dark comedy skit, with tragic undertones because they really pushed that poor old man right over the edge with their buffoonery. He had to constantly to his two sons bicker like unhinged morons.

Two unemployed brothers screaming at each other in their parents house at like 12am. One brother (who’s probably drunk) keeps yelling that the other is autistic/psychotic and the other brother who’s wearing a dress keeps bitching about delusional assault accusations and bigotry. 80-year-old dad completely fucking snaps and turns into a drill sergeant and tells them both to get a life. Meanwhile old mom yells at all 3 to be quiet because she’s the only one who actually has a job.

What a healthy dynamic that was lol.
