Full pool capacity of the reservoirs isn't what they were referring too. The water release was 100 miles away from where the water was supposedly needed with no way to reach the watershed near LA, ie water doesnt flow up hill. Farmers dont need as much water at this moment, which is the wet season but will need the water come summer. Trump saw water somewhere and said open the control gates to have something to brag about. Trump, like Elon are showman, dancing around bragging about what they are doing while their actions have little positive effect but could have great negative effect in the future. Exactly. Every company has people that sit around and do nothing productive. Some people literally make it their goal to do as little as possible and defer all their work to others.
