Looking into it, there's a bunch of people saying that they've been battling with some wild mental illness. Many people, and vods as well, suggesting or supposing that their mental stability has improved dramatically compared to what we see in this video which took place a reasonable period of time distant from now. I did look up POCD as well, it seems to be a very niche but real psychological dilemma, but it's extremely rare and I've only seen cases exist from my rudimentary research in people who have been excessively groomed from a young age. So that seems to be the question for me- What's the full story? I've seen mental breakdowns and freakouts. The reason I agree bittycat needs to be destroyed along with other pedophiles like them is due to them being secure in their person whilst things are said. I always take things said under crisis with a grain of salt, because the human mind is pathetic, inconsistent and weak under trauma.

I've only ever see POCD be used as justification by individuals that claim that looking at lolicon/shotacon (pornography included) "helps" their sexual trauma, with a few even claiming that their therapist recommended doing it.

After digging through the threads on here relating to lazzy aka Lazzy Lazaurus i found what appears to be the same voice thats been accredited to rainbowkitty from a person linked to lazzy going by rainbows_gal or krissykat
In the spoiler on polentic's post there are some pictures related to a grooming situation but also disturbing audio that almost certainly confirms rainbowkitty is also rainbows_gal. I tried to quote the whole segment but it didn't look like the audio would be included so unless someone quotes it correctly or re shares the audio go to the original post to listen if you have the stomach for it.

While caution is important, the news on RainbowKitty was most informative (and somewhat comedic). Trust but verify. It's why I asked if they had any proof of their claims.
This is real interesting. OCD in general is just a sad mental illness, but then add the anxiety of becoming a pedo on top of it, and that's absolutely life-ruining. It's depressing how some people are just this vulnerable to developing something this devastating because they were victimized and didn't know it. This right here is definitely grounds for more study and developing treatment because it's clear the victim doesn't want to be a freak and yet keeps getting into situations that make it worse. Imagine being an anime fan and developing this, all of those ecchi jokes in anime involving pratfalls and characters being accused of being lolicons would just give you anxiety attacks.
I would add that it isn't particularly believable that anyone who knew of BittyCat wouldn't have also known all of this.
