So did they stop the FBI from mass deleting files from the server? Was it actually the Epstein files, or was it some other stuff?

From what I understand the FBI is very much split politically and for every black hat that is trying to delete evidence I'm sure there are plenty of white hats preserving it.

Victims of the Oklahoma City bombing banded together to demand evidence after the Timothy McVeigh trial. Something like 300 people who lost family members or survived. After fighting FBI in court for years, a judge ordered footage and audio to be released. The FBI destroyed much of the evidence instead.

It’s not but due process is a right and corporations get that right, too.

No, you do not have a generic right to due process any time something you want isn't given to you. This is the due process clause of the Constitution:

No person shall be...deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;

You have a right to due process when the state seeks to deprive you of life, liberty, or property, not when the President declines to invite you on a plane ride with him. The AP does not "own" a spot on Air Force One.

In short, AP does have a right to know why its privileges have been revoked and what can be done to remedy that. And if that reason is vague, discriminatory, or otherwise illegal, then the White House can’t bar them for that reason.

There's no statute granting the AP or anyone else a right to ride on an airplane with the President, so there's no illegal reason to exclude them. The President can decline to invite people for any or no reason, because who is invited on Air Force One is subject entirely to the President's discretion.

Where are they getting the idea Trumps supporters think they were lied too? Trump has delivered more of what the people who elected him have wanted then any President in my life time. Combined.
they genuinely can't fathom that people actually don't like infinity niggers and tranny feds

bro I'm not saying they won't try but this is 2025, data recovery is a hugely profitable business

This week at my fed job I:

>covered up 52 instances of illegals committing murder
>spied on 16 different subversive wrong-thinkers and hate forums
>spent $375 million dollars sending HRT chemicals to transgenders in South America
>deleted 58192718 emails of my bosses and high-ranking politicians ordering virgin cheese pizza and 8 year old hotdogs from Epstein Island
>spent the remaining time ERP sexting my coworkers on the groupchat

There! I did the 5 sentences! Elon wont fire me now, right???

Fucking hell. No, it most definitely does have a specific doctrine. FFS. Mussolini wrote it out in simple to understand words.
Fascism is a form of government where the apparatus of the state/local governments, civil organizations, corporations, etc, are all bound together with the common goal of advancing the interests of a party (not political, but a group.) In the Italian Fascist school, all these groups were working to advance The State (Of Italy in this case), while the German/North European Fascism instead was advocating for a concept of Der Volk, the ethno-nationalist cultural group of its citizens.

In either case, a strong economy through alignment of all its parts was core, either to make The State powerful and wealthy, or its ethnocultural group. Either system was also prone to authoritarianism, which is a component or character of a government system (not a system unto itself), but the Italian school especially since The State was primary and its citizens expected to sacrifice their lives and freedoms (slavery, essentially) for Italy, whereas the Northern European could be considered less so since a greater degree of individual liberty was integral to preserving the character of Der Volk.

None of that matters when the federal employees union itself is ruled unconstitutional. There's a non-zero chance one of the stupid lawsuits they've already filed could result in that.

Call it 4D chess or just blind arrogance, but a host of unconstitutional shit might get axed from this reflexive contrary campaign of lawsuits. There is a a lot of things that have been going on for decades just because nobody has had the stones to say no. When everybody is in on the grift, nobody calls out obvious bullshit, right? Now, Trump is, and because the Depp State has gotten used to these false systems (they grew up with them) now they go running to judges expecting the bullshit to be upheld.

Like, for example, the bullshit with Hampton Dellinger, who is the head of the "Office of Special Counsel" which Congress created as an 'Independent Agency' empowered with 'executive powers to investigate and prosecute' but is simultaneously 'outside the Chief Executive (President)'s control.' Now, reading that sentence should already be tripping your bullshit alarms, because the Constitution only defines three branches of government, there is no fourth 'independent' branch. It is impossible under the Constitution for Congress to A) define a fourth branch of government and B) Usurp the power of the Executive to prosecute.

Now, according to Congress and their un-Constitutional 'law' establishing the OSC, Dellinger was to have 5 years (Trump's entire term) running a ~150 person agency empowered to investigate Federal Fraud. The implications of having Biden's handpicked hatchet man running an investigation/prosecution agency within Trump'a administration being obvious, Dellinger was promptly fired. Dellinger then sued, and a DC commie judge entered a TRO to force Trump to reinstate Dellinger and recognize his authority.

Obviously a District Trial Court telling the Chief Executive how to run the executive branch is a problem. It is prima facie un-Constitutional, there is Supreme Court precedence regarding this, and the fig leaf of 'well Congress said he can only be fired for cause!' is like a screen door on a submarine because Congress has no authority to infringe on the Executive either. The judge should have given Dellinger a big cash reward for back pay and hurt fee-fees, but was instead so focused on Orange Man Bad that they instead entered an insane order commanding Trump to restore Dellinger to office, recognize his authority as Special Counsel, and barring Trump from firing Dellinger even for cause.

Now that they scored that temporary 'win' Dellinger and the Judge can't back down, and the DC appeal Court has just as bad a case of TDS, so its not going to stop there. This will go to the Supreme Court, who are already pissed off about it and have been signally desperately for the lower courts to stop this bullshit. The lower courts, however, will not stop and they will force the issue to the bitter end.

That end will probably involve the entire end of not just Dellinger, but the entire idea of an Independent Agency because, as I explained, every government group must go under the umbrella of one of the three branches and be answerable to that branch. That means that several very large, very powerful groups in DC will be in deep peril and subject to complete razing or wholesale dissolution. Agencies like:
  • The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)
  • The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)
  • The Election Assistance Commission (EAC)
  • The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
  • The Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
  • The Federal Election Commission (FEC)
  • The Federal Reserve System
  • The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB)
  • The Office of Special Counsel (OSC)
  • The United States Agency for International Development (USAID)

I know, please don't start weeping at the thought that all these agencies would be dissolved! The parts that aren't treasonous might be salvaged! Its a needle in a haystack, but we can certainly try to save some diamonds in the rough.

most people don't understand what fascism is
Well there are a lot of factors that go into it, like what kind of Fascism is it? Japanese, Spanish, Chilean, Italian, or German? Because it's going to vary from head of state to head of state, society to society, and country to country. Hitler and Mussolini aren't Franco, he's not Tojo or Pinochet, and they're not Salazar, Idi Amin, or Saddam Hussein. The left loves to throw around this big and vague and "scary-sounding" right wing phrase "Fascism" whenever they want to demonize people like Trump. Chalk a lot of that up to post-ww2 brain making Adolf Hitler THE bogeyman of the liberal left.

However, Fascism is definitely right wing (right wing socialism among many historical Fascist nations is still right wing), though there is no one "Fascist text" like Marx they all read back in the 20th Century, and calling Fascism a form of Marxism is laughable because real Fascists and real Communists, though they do spawn dictatorial governments, do not like one another. At all. At ALL.

C'mon dude, the point's a little overblown, yes, but there's no point lying about it -- they've been intentionally throttling older iPhone models as they age for years now. To "protect the battery."

I can't believe you saw through my and Apple's lies! You figured it out---battery degradation isn't real. It's a grand corporate conspiracy. Device manufacturers just use software tricks to make it look like your battery holds less charge as it ages, but what they're actually doing is just tricking you into buying a new battery (or new device if you're stupid), because they grind up the old battery and use it in airplanes to make chemtrails.

Isn't Apple notorious for forcing people to upgrade their phones by pushing forced, you can't stop it from happy o matter howhard you try updates to older phone models that purposely do nothing but drain battery life faster and faster to kill battery life from a full charge so fast that you have no choice but to get the newest model phone just so it actually works?

AFAIK, there has never been an iPhone update that had no new features other than upcycling your CPU to drain the battery faster. What often happens is Apple will push out a new feature, like animated wallpaper, and people with old phones will use it and be shocked that it consumes energy, then go on forums to complain that Apple deliberately made their phones suck.

Anyway, this isn't the Apple thread, so I'm stopping here.

Could some hero please let me know that the up to minute situation is at Fort Knox?

Miss yall, shitposting for hours on end is good for the soul, productivity with just a few a day makes me feel like someone telling themselves they are a "functional meth user"

You ever seen breaking bad?

there are multiple methods of either setting all the bytes or even individual gates on a drive to either all 0 or all 1, if that method is used there are sometimes ways of rollingback their previous position, its highly time consumeing and often requries a autist dedicated enough to not make 1 failure in 256,000 flips of a switch.

on the other hand renders each byte or gate ANNIHILATED and is the equivalent of putting bleach in the laundry, you will remove the stains but the colors coming right the fuck with it. The FBI is not as stupid as you might be lead to believe and have atleast one guy on the IT team that knows that a 90$ magnet can destroy anything with a spinning drive and a $90,000 one will kill anything short of optical drive within your whole vicinity.
