Essentially, Erin and Erudite both believed Pxie was genuinely suicidal. Pxie was downplaying this to her friends to try and stop them from worrying, but Destiny is showing this as an example of her faking suicidal ideation to exploit him.

I don't know why Straighterade has anything to say, if Steven thought that was a valid talking point he'd have emphasized it already. Steven admitted to wrongdoing, it's an open-and-shut case as far as wrongdoing. The only reason it's going to court is because Pxie has said there hasn't been a penalty applied to Destiny that will curb this behavior in the future. You can argue all you want about amount or whatever, but the things Destiny orbiters are getting hung up on are truly stupid.

It's pretty obvious a young girl getting her porn spread around and the threat of conflict with a "powerful man" in her community/area of interest would give someone a panic attack or chronic anxiety, a truly suicidal person wouldn't go through the swamp of court proceedings.
