I would suspect so. He was being drug tested for a long time as part of his family court case with his kids. But than that testing ended with him getting his kids back. He paid for unconditional release on the drug charges and right now he can get drunk and high all he wants as long as the doesn't come out before the judge sentences him.

After the judge sentences him, he will likely be drug tested again for a long while. But right now he can do whatever he wants. And he is such a druggie and alcoholic that I can't see him not doing it if the chances are low of getting caught.

His whole life these days is:
1) Parked in the comments to Melton the pedo's show
2) Getting twitter-trolled by randos
3) Obsessing about gay sex and Aaron's body.
