I'm guessing that F4GG5T3R must have overstayed his first visa as people have theorized so they aren't particularly open to entertaining him trying to apply under any visa.

I was under the impression you had to be pretty special (not in the sense that would apply to F1NN5TER)to get an O1 type visa without getting slapped around and denied. Dunno about O-1B, maybe it's easier for artists for them to even consider it.

Validity please. Genuinely curious about this. I know shit like that isn't easy to find because it gets washed on the clearnet. Never googled his dad before but I see he was an attorney died in his fifties and was a chess player. It would make sense though considering they were being charged with sex trafficking iirc and now they don't seem to be.
