The snark page has shown evidence that users who post even just one comment on Ellen's snark page are banned from r/comics (where Ellen posts most of her comics). A user on the snark page by the name of u/Ok-Cook-7542 has started to run programs and document some of the happenings on Ellen's comics.

I make fun of everyone, even myself, so I personally find making little jabs poking fun of your kids not to be too big of a deal (especially when it’s meant to be in jest). She makes fun of her own ADHD as well. I doubt the kids like being the brunt of the joke in her comic, but I find that stuff not to be what’s really the bigger issue.

I think putting comics of her kids next to porn pictures, the mods favoring her comics and erasing criticism, lazily reposting comics/comic panels passing them off as new, constantly bitching about politics that aren’t hers to bitch about, and buying updoots to make her seem more popular are bigger issues. Just my opinion though.

I think her ableism and porn juxtaposed with her kids are both issues. The second is a bigger issue.
