Sidenote; is it common a thing for lawyers to sneak in potentially cheeky/funny citations when they can?
Waaaay back in 2019, I remember the MATI stream on one of the melinda lawsuits. During the latter part of the stream, Null had Rekieta on and asked him whether or not it's normal for a Judge to constantly quote stuff like "a slut-whore", "the dumbest person, possibly ever", and "writes like she uses crayola magic marker", and Rekieta said that lawyers and judges deal with so much mundade shit on the daily, that they actually enjoy being able to unwind by writing some silly words in their opinion pieces and filings.

1:36:30 is the start, for anyone interested

Good point
@Useful_Mistake Would you say that Greer is a better litigator than Melinda? Melinda was far more refined in her arguments and actually tried to apply (incorrectly) case laws, but Greer just moans like a zombie in his and with pure dumb luck on his side he's done far more damage.

Rekieta is forbidden from practicing law (by an order from the Supreme Court of Minnesota), and hasn't been in front of a judge as a counsel to a plaintiff for probably as long as this case has been going on. I'd take his claims with a grain of salt.

You have to fill out an actual court form, though. Failure to do so leads to failure of IFP being granted. I assume this is true for updates on his financial status (where ordered by the court)
Standard court forms are for chumps and buddy boys. Real hotshot paralegals file everything directly as a Motion.

As critical as I am of that $1,000 sanction, it's more the method that bothers me than the amount. Why the fuck would the judge take over the case at that juncture to make such a dumb, zero-effort ruling?
That's probably his version of "Ok, settle down now, I want this case cleared by August." I give the Magistrate shit over his deathmarch to trial, but he seemed to slowly be realizing how bad things were with Greer. The District judge seemed to be doing a throwaway ruling after noticing the docket balloon.

In other words, the judge is a feature tourist doing a driveby posting in a thread he doesn't care about.

Melinda has won one case, while Greer has won zero cases. That speaks for itself, doesn't it?

So Greer is now gonna have to figure out how to serve two anonymous Farms users pronto. It's absolutely amazing how he just threw a giant fucking wrench in this case by randomly deciding to add them.

We're fully in the phase where every filing is a response to something retarded Russ has done since December. It's all unforced errors, and Hardin seems to know how to attack each one.

I selfishly wish Russ was more industrious and actually responded to everything he's supposed to. We should be getting daily hilarity from him at this point, instead of one insane plights sperging per week.

Touche, Goyim.
Another interesting factor is that Melinda has shown herself entirely able to win when no other party is present (she initially got a default judgement on Null), but Russ is utterly incapable of winning in similar circumstances (no one showed up to his 4 restraining orders against KF (not even he) and he still lost. He also failed with the pornstar he sued). IIRC, he did get a default judgement (that was later overturned) on Swift, but that's still leaves -4 default wins plus zero real wins, compared to 1 default win for Melinda, and 1 real win (restraining order against her ex, IIRC)

Ooooh nice early filings. Bit of a retard question but why are these (last line) different between the documents?

I assume it's because the case is going to 🌈 soon 🌈 have more defendants added, namely the two KF users and so Hardin wants to make it clear that he only represents Josh and his LLC.

Amazing how much damage a retard can do and still never win.

Yeah yeah good milk and all, but I really want to see an answer to this absolute banger of a "NO YOU":

If it's not due (or necessary) well... good because Null won't have to pay for Counsel time, but seeing the cheeky fire possessing Hardin in the latest fillings really makes me wish to see him slapping down Russ's retardation some more:
he did call Defendants liars and stalkers in this.

Pretty sure he thought he was very clever and that it would be up to Null to unmask his users despite them not being active in quite some time. Backfire!

Actually, he was apparently in front of a judge as counsel as late as September of 2021. So, after this case was filed.

Your point is still solid though about trusting anything he says.

Also, you'll be happy to know he apparently has no intention of practicing law anymore.

Relevant to the thread topic: I am waiting somewhat impatiently for this case to end in KF victory, because Nick was claiming and gloating after the 10th Circuit decision came down that KF is in trouble and Null is a "fagboy" for not accepting his "help."

Anytime the judge here wants to finally take Russell out behind the woodshed and yeet him is fine by me. Been going on long enough.
