The new talking point from the left seems to be comparing destroying Teslas with January 6th, with a smug "how are you defending one but condemning the other?"

It's easy, one was 2 hours of respecting the velvet rope, the other is continuing destruction of property across multiple locations and with multiple victims.

I pray for the day a Tesla owner stays in his car to ambush a vandal and they blow their head off with a shotgun. Just make sure to do it in a red county the first couple of times to set precedent.

Because Judges can wait 4 years. Those ICE agents have to be sure that the next President gives them pardons as well. Otherwise they get fucked through legal fuckery. It’s how so many white male business owners got arrested in the aftermath of the Feminist Revolution, the Civil Rights movement and the George Floyd Riots. When they can’t be cancelled by media, the courts will make their lives hell out of spite
Rather, Trump should just ignore the order and risk impeachment if he's overstepping the line. That's the political resolution, but if there isn't the political will to do it, then Trump hasn't actually overstepped the line and the judges can keep making fools of themselves.

When the King acts like a king, but the public likes what the King is doing, nothing is wrong and the King should keep acting like a king.

Congo offered Trump a deal: Kill the Nigerian M23 rebels and get precious metals. Erik Prince of blackwater fame is there making deals about securing mining ops and tax revenue. From the WSJ.
Erik Prince has been talking a lot about making deals and suggesting ideas to Trump but it seems none of his plans have really been implemented. First there was that letter of marque to fight Cartels story and now this.

I agree with this 100%. Republicans did this moral high ground bullshit during the Obama years and it got them nowhere. The only standards that Democrats possess are double standards. Sometimes you have to fight dirty and it's justified when the stake is "the whole fucking country," which the Democrats are openly dead-set on destroying to ring in their dream New World Order nonsense.
We passed "I disagree about your taxation policies" about a hundred political prisoners and a couple of assassination attempts ago
everyone involved in HOAs should be made into blood eagles.
HOA is such a terrible acronym because it looks like it should be spoken as "whore"
Which is a horrible insult to prostitution, to compare that to homeowners associations

I'm not positive that would be a good thing. Just because the Republicans start using the liberals illegal tactics the liberals aren't going to suddenly go "oh shit I guess that was a law for a reason". Instead they will treat that as justification for their illegal tactics and double down, while simultaneously blaming the Republicans for the illegal tactics. An eye for an eye and the world goes blind and all that. The Republicans have been pretty lax on calling our liberal bullshit but refusing to stoop that low is paying off - the Democrat party has fallen to communism and insanity while the Republicans are going to be in power for quite some time.

It's easy to lose faith in the rules when one side gets to trod all over them, but the rules exist for a reason and the liberals chickens will come home to roost. Right now the Democrats have basically gaurenteed that they will lose badly in the midterms, possibly enough that they are no longer viable as a party. And the activist judges they installed have outer themselves as insane and will likely be impeached over the next year or two.

The problem is the liberals are already breaking the rules and show no sign of stopping. If you and another dude agree to fight with no weapons, but he brings a gun every time and wins every confrontation, how many times do you keep showing up before you bring a gun as well? It's not an "eye for an eye leaves the world blind" situation, it's a "a well-armed society is a peaceful society" situation. Either Republicans start fighting at the same level or they're going to keep losing.

No. They're right. We should probably have their homes raided by SWAT and hold the vandals in isolation cells for years without trial. And have the right leaning media hyperventilate about the vandal spree as another Pearl Harbor or 9/11 attack for a few years. "MARCH 2025... NEVER AGAIN!!!" or some histrionic shit like that.

This, but without the ironic condescension.

Let the leopards feast upon their faces. The the geese enjoy what has been said to be good for the ganders.

But, then again, I, personally, am primarily fueled by spite these days. So, it's probably better for everyone I don't make those decisions.

Just because the Dems shit the bed doesn't mean that the Republicans are golden. MAGA and Trump have gotten this far because they play hard ball against the Dem's shenanigans. In Trump's first term we saw how far politeness and rule following will get you. Trump learned his lesson and he is ready to fight tooth and nail with every trick in his book. And once Trump is gone we need the Republicans to follow his example and keep fighting or else we will be back to our regularly scheduled slow decay of America's foundation while the conservatives don't fight back.

If the dude is such a shitty gunslinger that we are having several confrontations, I would stay unarmed out of pitty for the poor guy.

You're making the liberal mistake of assuming that there are no knock on effects or second order consequences.

An example of a fight with no weapons would be a boxing match. Sure you'd win, and maybe you could bribe the judges to not disqualify you, but eventually people will catch on that you fight illegally and refuse to enable it. Maybe you can bribe the police and be the mayor's son and get away with it for a while with the reporters saying you won legitimately, but eventually the sheer number of people required to back up your illegal actions will be too much and it'll all come crumbling down. Time is the greatest equalizer. It really, really sucks in the short term but lowering yourself to that level won't make it any better.

somehow you entirely missed the point. there are no judges anymore. everyone is picking sides. everyone is partisan now. there are no neutral parties to officiate. they've brought this upon themselves by noticing there was no official to stop them and bringing brass knuckles to every boxing match and wearing them instead. now, without neutral parties, there are only winners and losers every time. in this case, if WE lose, we see it as the actual beginning of the end, or continuation of the end, of america. in my view, the beginning of the decline of humanity, too.
