He probably won't do the former. That date is already pretty full, and handling any more would be near impossible with any sort required attention that each motion might require.

People kept shitting on @Debbie Macomber 's idea of Null paying for Russ' lawyer, but if Russ gets the same lawyer that is currently (terribly) losing against Path, this wouldn't be a terrible idea. Exact same performance, but no tard shield.

I'm pretty overdue on an update so when I do that I'll make some note of that. If someone did a FAQ, I'd link to it in the OP, which is kind of running out of space anyway.
Most of the recent stuff has been a flurry of insignificant nonsense other than the actual sanctions, and I've kind of been waiting for some major procedural turn that justified a full update, but that may not come any time soon so. . .whatever. It's probably going to be brief rather than an every docket entry thing because the docket is ridiculously crowded for remarkably little actually happening.

Other people had already frustratedly said that it would be cheaper for Null to pay for Russ to have a lawyer, so when Null said something like "I had Hardin file something retarded just the way I want" and people were speculating and joking what it was, I said Null really is going to pay for Russell's lawyer

You have not, to this point, taken a nude photo of yourself holding a revolver and publicly posted it in an attempt to own the lolcow of the thread. I think you're just fine.
I imagine that if the docket gets flooded with too much nonsense, the judge could place a stay on the proceedings until he can get caught up. He might find that especially tempting if he's already concluded that the case has no chance of surviving a motion to dismiss. Why waste judicial resources on something that's never making it to trial?
I don't think the current rate of filings gets us there, though, and if the spigot of entertainment gets turned off, we're going to have dozens of pages of I'm 7 6 Hardin is Useless Mistake jokes to wade through while we wait for something significant to happen.
If that happens, we could draw lots for which commenter on the thread should file to be joined as a defendant...

No one's fighting, but the last 2 pages have been the kind of idle retardation the thread gets up to when bored.
On another note, I'm going over the Amended Complaint again, for reasons. Is it too soon to do a detailed critique of the AC, because Russ still has time to fix things? Or is he locked into the current AC until the hearing? I assume he could possibly get a chance for a 2nd AC after motions are taken care of and he whines some more, so I'm not in a rush to help Russ in any way.
