If you've seen any of the videos of hearings for these judges, you'd know that the vast majority (if not all of them, in the case of the videos I bothered to watch) are DEFINITELY activists tied to various NGO's or progressive college orgs before their nominations. The Dems took those smaller court judges seriously and this is exactly why.
This comes at a cost though, it’s trading legitimacy for this activism. I’d like to see one of these judges try and order an arrest warrant on a Trump admin member.

Republican Senator John Kennedy on Chuck Schumer: “He’s about as popular as chlamydia … What it tells me is that the loon wing of the Democratic Party is firmly in control.”

Kennedy is great on the Congressional judicial nominations. He asks questions like "Mr./Mrs. Judge Nominee... you wrote a book in 1997 titled How to Groom Children and Rape Them. Would you like to comment on that?" The nominees never know how to deal with him because he's calm and polite the entire time. Kennedy fucking rules.

the problem with nyc is the people, they have cancerous worldviews, all trump did was spread the virus to red states and permafucked us.
China and the Soviet communist turned population diffusion into an art. They moved just enough of the undesired population to dilute its influence without risk of it taking over. The reverse migration during covid was their attempt at similar in reverse. They tried to tip the scales in places like Florida. If the Hispanics and niggas had not betrayed them by loving orange man it might have worked.

Gotta love judicial activism.

Let's be real. The Federal Judiciary has been overdue for some serious beatings by Congress for a century now. The last major Shake up was in 1869 with the Judiciary Act. FDR tried something similar in 1930s but praise Jesus that particular effort failed. Beyond that there has been pretty much nothing done about the judges. They've gotten too comfy up there in the Ivory Tower.

Look at the Arabs and Niggers in Europe. Same thing

Kennedy whole process is that he pulls a Columbo with the soft spoken hick accent that actually does his research.

Which really works cause about 2/3 of the people he is grilling were not even alive when Columbo first came out.

Still, LWR tech has its limits. I really would like to see some Gen 3 or Gen 4 tech come online.

You know, this sounds ripe for being turned into a college sport. The East Coast engineering universities will probably dominate the league, but watching Cambridge and MIT constantly trying to one-up each other to see how far and how precisely they could throw fentanyl dealers would be worth it.

except it's Junkie Wars

Does he really expect Pam Bondi to just throw up her hands and let this shithead arrest trump? Cause how is he gonna force the Justice Department to arrest Trump? Is Trump gonna just let shit boil over so he can use Congress to just remove all these activist judges and put others in?
You are replying to a known retard doomer and sperg who doesn't even live in our country.

I have no idea what 'War Act' he's even referring to because there is no 'War Act'. It's not mentioned at all in the article he posted, and I'm not watching the gay clickbait video he posted to see if it's mentioned there. There are several different acts of Congress with the word 'war' in it, but as far as I know, none grant the Judicial branch the power to arrest the president or command the DOJ to do anything. Such an act would be unconstitutional anyway.
Here's a feel good court case

You know that bitch of a judge, the one that denied Trump his attorney client privileges for his insurrection trial and help to railroad most of the Jan 6th cases? Well the case of DODGE vs USIP (United States Institute of Peace) of course landed on her docket.

But the case is so clear cut even she cannot award them what they want.

No matter how much USIP proclaims it is a "independent non-government organization (a NGO) and thus DODGE has no power over it" it was created by Congress, funded by Congress and it's board is appointed by Congress. Not that it stopped this cunt of a judge from writing snarky comments in her judgment about how evil Trump is for shutting down USIP, which did nothing but provide Dem supporters and former Senate aids a nice cushy job at high salaries, and how the good people of USIPs deserved more respect for thier decades of public service. LOL...what cunt this judge is.

Watch the video it's hilarious how DODGE came and in booted everyone out and then after the boss got his termination letter he tried to lockdown the building and called the popo on the DODGE guys and tried to baracide himself into his office. I guess the thought of losing his high paying do nothing job with all it's awesome perk was too much for his brain.

Nice to see this old hag of a progressive forced to issue a judgement against her allies. And you know it hurt her, hurt her real bad that she couldn't find any excuse to issue that beloved tool of the Left, a TRO in their favor.

Good stuff, it's nice to see a win every now and then in the middle of all this lawfare.

It's DOGE you fucking retard. D O G E. It's not a car. Stop spelling it DODGE. If you are going to post old information on things we already know about, at least stop being a sperg for five minutes while you proofread your posts and check that you're not saying something retarded.

I don't really get the MO of these Judges, why on God's green earth would you fight not only to keep Illegal Immigrants in your country but MS-13 gangbangers. MS-13 the gang responsible for wacking an ex gang member turned informant who was a 17 year old pregnant girl.
Because "diversity is our strength™️". Or "Diversity is our greatest strength". They're globalist stooges. Their orders are to promote globalism and stop anyone who challenges globalism.

I'd love for Trump to go all in on nuclear power, and hope he does, but for now we are still a petrochemical country despite what leftists have been doing to tear out coal, oil, and natural gas power generation and replace it with renewables.

The most retarded thing about all of this is you are expected to be all or nothing. Renewables or bust...when you could easily deploy a blend of nuclear, petrochemical, and renewables instead of trying to force unreliable renewables alone.

California especially is going to have to figure this out, since that seems to be where most of the AI datacenters are being built and they use power at a rate we will HAVE to grow with if we keep shoving AI into everything.
I'd wager the datacenters will leave Cali before Cali figures shit out. Amazon is already investing in nuclear power in VA.

Wait, it's legal to kill arsonists where you live? What state is that?
Many of them have rules that specifically allow lethal force to prevent felonies being committed against others. The 3 that are usually cited the most are kidnapping, rape, and arson. The theory is that even if you don't know if the crime will cause death or grievous bodily harm, it is to be treated as if it will regardless. This is Washington State as an example. Other states are phrased in roughly similar ways.

RCW 9A.16.110

Defending against violent crime—Reimbursement.

(1) No person in the state shall be placed in legal jeopardy of any kind whatsoever for protecting by any reasonable means necessary, himself or herself, his or her family, or his or her real or personal property, or for coming to the aid of another who is in imminent danger of or the victim of assault, robbery, kidnapping, arson, burglary, rape, murder, or any other violent crime as defined in RCW 9.94A.030.
