Burger here. But AFAIK, he first would have to be elected to parliament. Then, whatever party he was elected under would have to win the majority of seats in parliament. Finally, the same party would have to vote for him as PM. A lot more hoops to jump through that I doubt the globalists in Caunckistan would allow to happen.
