I've had five year old pasta, it's fine.
This applies to basically anything that's not biologically active in some way, like meat, baked goods, fresh fruits/veg and dairy. If it's a dry product, keep it in dry place that doesn't get too warm and away from any light sources. Almost everyone has a closet in interior hallway that could be converted into pantry space, you don't need a cellar or a special room. The upgrade move is keeping it in in airtight containers with descant packs and 02 absorbers. Large Mason jars are good, for bulky stuff, they make food-grade, 5 gallon buckets with ratcheting, gasket sealed lids.

If you are controlling for UV, 02, H20 and Temp, your dry goods will keep for the next thing to forever.

I don't know the first thing about it, but I'm pretty sure there's something similar going on with zero-sugar energy drinks. Every once in a while I'll get into a long rut where I feel like I can't function without a couple a day, and it takes me forever to kick it and go clean.
It the aspartame
In another study, aspartame, acesulfame potassium, and saccharin were all associated with heightened motivation to eat and more items selected on a food preference list [35]. Aspartame had the most pronounced effect, possibly because it does not have a bitter aftertaste.
drink diet = crave more= eat more = thirst more = weight gain.
Aspartame breaks down into three components in the body: aspartic acid, methanol, and phenylalanine. Phenylalanine is an amino acid that’s a precursor to tyrosine, which is used to produce dopamine and norepinephrine. In theory, this could indirectly influence mood-related hormones, but the amount of phenylalanine from typical aspartame consumption (e.g., a diet soda) is tiny compared to what you get from regular foods like meat, eggs, or dairy. So, it’s unlikely to have a noticeable effect on feel-good hormones.

Michael “Get on that trampoline and bounce, and I’ll make you a star!” Bay has always been a Republican (or at worst the kind of Democrat Trump used to be) he helped grow the American Machismo memes from the ground up. I mean how could you not tell?

I hate to keep this going, but yes Aspartame is just poison Plus is has terrible chemical taste, always hated it. And it gives me a direct headache too, so I've always avoided it. Saccharine is the good stuff for me. It actually tastes better in coffee than sugar. It sucks they faked giving rats 500x the dose awhile back and said it caused cancer, when in reality it seems the best alternative of all.

Really, this was some major BS they had against sweet n low.

The Environmental Protection Agency has officially removed saccharin and its salts from their list of hazardous constituents and commercial chemical products. In a release in December 2010, the EPA stated that saccharin is no longer considered a potential hazard to human health.[40]

I would suspect it's the taurine..

I wasn't old enough....My power levels might be starting to show.

Actual fruit isn't bad. Most fruit juice is just sugar with fruit flavor or juice concentrate + HFCS + water.

One of my favorite drinks is pineapple juice cut in half with coconut water then some mango juice added in. Got the habit of drinking in long ago cuz I can't stand the HFCS they shove into everything. Pretty much a non-alcoholic Mai Tai.

I can't do soda, it's just too sweet for me and my teeth ache when I see the kids chugging down a 2L bottle in a hour. The Beetus is going to be a real problem in like 10 years when these Gen X'ers hit their 50's.

Dropping sweet shit from SNAP is fine by me, we need ways to get people to stop thinking of SNAP as just part of life and instead be something you use only when really need it. Far too many people in America think of gibs as something they are entitled too and not the safety net it was designed as.

Soda is addictive like crack.
And stopping it come with it withdrawals (even diet version aspartame triggers the feel-good hormone release)

Withdrawal symptoms include irritability, fatigue, headaches, and even feelings of depression . Usually, these withdrawal symptoms are due to quitting caffeine, and they typically last anywhere from 2–9 days
Psst come here I'm gonna tell you a secret that you should know.

90% of sodas have caffeine in it and its highly addictive and it causes withdrawals if you don't have it.

What kind of area are you in? My mailman puts mail in my mailbox and comes to my door (like 100+ feet from the road) when I’ve been a lameass and not picked up my mail for awhile. We’ve had long conversations about semi-personal things - I know he’s trying to retire and where he wants to retire; he gave my dog treats and knew his name and disposition. I’ve seen those neighborhood boxes, but rarely and only where getting to the houses is dicey.
That sounds nice. Most of the USPS drivers I've had were retarded or assholes. I caught one of them mark my $600 package as delivered without putting it in the box, but since I'm paranoid I caught him and got the package on the spot. That was probably just a christmas-fuckup from being so busy, but the same guy left a passive aggressive note later threatening to stop delivering my mail when I left my hoard of accumulated spam mail for too long. It never even occurred to me that a USPS driver would willingly walk 20 feet to empty my shitbox instead of just leaving a note and bitching about it. Another driver got mad at how often I send packages and asked me to put it by the side of a busy road in a ghetto so she didn't have to walk 20 feet to pick it up. To their credit, I had one USPS driver go to my door and tell me my packages got fucked by the water when she definitely could have left them there.

If you looked up how petty USPS drivers were online, and what they were saying, you'd probably hate them too. They all fantasize about cutting off the mail of anyone who even mildly displeases them and share "and then everyone clapped" stories. Often their fantasies include marking a house as vacant, or btfoing the renter with facts and logic on how "current resident" means they get unlimited spam. Their greatest enemy are those old people who are tired of getting spam and don't understand how it works. They get really angry when they refuse spam (which is their right) because it goes into a special box marked for shredding and this very slightly inconveniences the driver. Generally, they see mailboxes as their property and get mad when residents think they should be able to control the unending torrent of spam they're putting in the box. They really do know nobody wants all that spam, but also know the spam keeps USPS alive and are overly defensive of it.

I would write a shorter message, but I'm too lazy to edit it. Many such cases!

Apparently, a fatwa has been issued to MAGA shill accounts on behalf of BIG SODA to post in favor of keeping soda in food stamps—for seemingly no reason. Some pretty big accounts are involved (and also Ian Miles Cheong, too), and allegedly, they're paying up to $1,000 per shill

Doesn’t Ian Chingchong live in Malaysia?? Why are they bitching about coke??

My first thought was with this many cooks in the kitchen the code must have insane amounts of spaghetti. How do you coordinate a literal army of Indian programmers?
That’s the neat part. You don’t.
Didn't it flop? Even niggers didn't want it.
Probably. I don’t follow it at all.
Anyways, back to Food Stamp Sperging, what is your favorite color food stamp???
The strawberry flavored ones.
jewish women dont touch anything that isn't 20 percent off :/
So that’s why you have circumcisions. Obligatory scene from men in tights.

I go to my 'local' (regional) grocers just as much, but yeah wallyworld unironically has everything you could need. Bags of rice at 70 cents, tinned fish at a couple bucks a can, veggies for a dollar (though I often struggle to get the freshest stuff). Relatively cheap meats. I could go on. Just stick to store brands, learn some basic recipes, and you might surprise yourself with how little you need to spend to actually keep yourself fed above this imaginary 'subsistence level' dining people in this thread like to imagine.
Mathematically you're correct but the ghastly sight of niggers, fatasses and crackheads in any Walmart motivates me to never walk into one. I would gladly spend more money on groceries if it means not seeing those "people".

It's a madhouse every time I'm in there. I'm not in an area where people get rowdy, but it's still the busiest store we've got apart from the clubhouse store (that thing's also a nightmare; I have no idea how anybody gets anything done there).
what's the current view on watergate?
Can't stand it. I know you planned it.
That’s the neat part. You don’t.
Think your Men in Tights link went into the first post you tried to quote by mistake.

Bruh restricting food stamps to ACTUAL FOOD is not "dictating what Americans can and can't consume," it's dictating what can and can't be covered by people who actually works' tax dollars. The fact you can buy candy and energy drinks with it is already stupid, I say anything with poor or no nutritional value should be restricted as well. It's basically paying for recreation, no different than allowing people to use food stamps to buy alcohol and cigarettes, and if that's illegal so should junk food. It's to keep you alive, not entertain you.

Coke Zero Sugar (red can, black letters. different formula than Coke Zero) is my current vice. I know aspartame isn't the best, but sometimes I just want a refreshing bev with some carbonation. Don't freak out, but a zero sugar coke is damn good with a shot of half and half like a coffee. Cuts out the fake sugar taste.

Stopped by a sodie shop in Salt Lake City and I guess the Mormons stole my idea. They have a billion sodie drinks with milk like it's a coffee shop.

Does this make me a retard: YES.
