No one is entitled to court hearings under The Alien Enemies Act. There are plenty of other small businesses that don't rely on EBT fraud to get by, and they'd probably be happy to get more business after the fraudulent businesses close down. How is a small legitimate grocery store supposed to compete with a bodega down the street that enables people to buy cigarettes, beer, and lotto tickets with EBT at 50 cents on the dollar?
