United had a new CEO like four hours after the previous CO'S death and they are set to raise premiums across the board this year.

Luigi is a retard who ruined his life for nothing.
He might of fried his brain on ayahuasca. I wouldn't be surprised if his defense try and push that for a lesser sentence.

If he really wanted to make a change, maybe he should’ve gone after the whole board of directors. Seeing the justification for murder in this thread because the guy killed was a CEO is insane. If someone became a CEO, they could be shot in the street just for that. I don’t think anyone realizes how bad of a precedent that sets, even if the CEO was a bad dude. (Until I see him in the Epstein files, I’m not gonna throw judgement around.)

Judge has supreme authority
This is source is only talking about civil trials. Criminal Trials are a whole different animal and a not guilty verdict is the most sacred thing there is. If a judge can throw out a not guilty verdict it flies in the face of double jeperdy and jury nullification.

None of those images state a judge can turn an acquittal into a conviction. Why would everyone shit themselves about jury nullification if a judge can unilaterally convict in a criminal trial even if the defendant has demanded a jury trial?

JUDGEMENT ISSUED BY A TRIAL JUDGE AFTER A JURY HAS ISSUED A VERDICT, this means either civil or criminal as it says just "trial judge, it can be either not guilty or guilty as it says "verdict"

SETTING ASIDE THE JURYS VERDICT AND ENTERING A NEW JUDGMENT IN FAVOR OF THE LOSING PARTY WITHOUT A NEW TRIAL, jurys verict, meaning either guilty or not guilty, judgment in favor of LOSING PARTY meaning either side could be the losing party and the new judgment happens without a new trial

It would be easier to check the source if you linked to the source.

Poor Luigi. I assume this isn't a joke.
Poor Luigi? Nigga, my only reserve on this is I'm not 100% convinced Luigi is the right man. If it is actually him though; fuck him. You don't draw your weapon and kill a man in cold blood unless you're expecting to die yourself. Nobody who does what he allegedly did should be doing this if they aren't ready to keel over for it. If Luigi is the right guy, he 1000% deserves the death penalty. There's not a question about it. You don't take someone else's life, no matter how evil they are, unless you are prepared to die over it.

No jury is going to sentence someone like Luigi to death given who he shot. Even if he is executed he becomes a martyr and lives on in American lore. NY AG's and police already turned it into a circus trying to perp walk him with Adams and the police looking retarded. No one likes healthcare executives because they are predatory entities.
I 100% believe she will get it. I support what Luigi allegedly did and I'm still willing to vote to convict if I were on the jury. If you're going to do this, you better be prepared to be martyred for the better or worse of history. Good on Bondi. This is the natural order of how these things should be. I'm completely on the side of Bondi martyring him and letting nature take its natural course.

Judges in USA can overturn jury decisions, little known fact
There is no judge in the country that would overturn this conviction. If a judge overturned this, then my only assumption is that there was a CIA gayops to set court precedent for martyrdom to encourage leftists to take violent murderous action against the Trump administration. That's the only logical conclusion that can be drawn from this.

Is this a recession or depression indicator?
It's an indicator that Gen Z are all faggots and hate boobs.
