None of those images state a judge can turn an acquittal into a conviction. Why would everyone shit themselves about jury nullification if a judge can unilaterally convict in a criminal trial even if the defendant has demanded a jury trial?
This is source is only talking about civil trials. Criminal Trials are a whole different animal and a not guilty verdict is the most sacred thing there is. If a judge can throw out a not guilty verdict it flies in the face of double jeperdy and jury nullification.

There is no judge in the country that would overturn this conviction. If a judge overturned this, then my only assumption is that there was a CIA gayops to set court precedent for martyrdom to encourage leftists to take violent murderous action against the Trump administration.
