If that's the case, your Cornell reference would not go on to explicitly state that in civil trials, a JNOV can be entered for either party as shown below:
View attachment 7163422
That clarification is unnecessary if a JNOV can turn an acquital into a conviction.
SETTING ASIDE THE JURYS VERDICT AND ENTERING A NEW JUDGMENT IN FAVOR OF THE LOSING PARTY WITHOUT A NEW TRIAL, jurys verict, meaning either guilty or not guilty, judgment in favor of LOSING PARTY meaning either side could be the losing party and the new judgment happens without a new trial
Not only that but he even points out that it specified the LOSING party which would be the defendent in the a criminal trial. You don't really rule in favor or against the state in a criminal trial, only the defendent.

I like how all homosexuals somehow can’t shut their mouth when it comes to leaking information.

Some gay nigger could probable walk backwards naked with his bussy spread up with both hands, doing a Goatse, into Area 51. Instead of jail, he would have a dinner date and some lispy fag showing him the aliens weiner and talk about how the feds are designing a bio weapon to only kill Chinese Han or something, lol.
There's a reason being homosexual was an instant firing offense or loss of security clearance for basically ever, and it wasn't just because they could be easily blackmailed.

Guy was literally caught with the murder weapon, a written manifesto admitting to the murder, and the fake ID he used at the hostel.

What incentive would the feds have to offer him a deal or pursue lesser charges? Luigi is possibly the most demonstrably guilty man in history.

This is like 911 for redditors and fat women.
Sadly they violated his maranda rights and chain of custody of the evidence, so he'll walk. If nothing else, SOMEONE in the Jury will nullify it.

There are so many moving parts in the monstrosity that is the US healthcare system besides the healthcare companies. Anyone who lays all blame at the feet of healthcare companies is missing the forest for the trees.
Price disclosure would result in a lot of things healing themselves. Sunlight is the best disinfectant.

Slightly offtopic but im going to make it on topic with the following speculation

Trump is hypothetically cashing in all his Jew brownie points to borrow the "Jewish Natural Disaster creator" to fucking POUND Iceland with earthquakes (just had a PAIR of 5.0s unconfirmed reports of a 6.7) because a massive volcano is going off and Greenland is starting to feel it to.

Like a "see what we can do, ya sure you dont wanna play ball?"

might be slightly off our shores but you know how we operate, if its close enough to us and bad it will become "Americas problem" to, wont give constant updates here, just wanted people to know about it

Thread for ongoing volcano shenanigans.

The NA and Eurasian continental plates spreading apart. It's been erupting in that same fissure on and off for the past 1.5 years. The region for the past 5.

You know what, dude? That's one of the smartest suggestions I've ever read or heard.

I was thinking to myself "how could this issue get solved?" The federal government making an example out of a company or two would only work for a little while. You can't boycott healthcare companies - if you get appendicitis, you're going to go to the hospital.

Price disclosures could work really well because then everyone would see how retarded the system is and hospitals, insurance companies, regulators, medical device companies, the whole goddamn thing would be forced to change or try to gaslight people. It's such a slight little thing that could have a wide range of positive impacts.

Firstly, Luigi didn't kill the CEO in the heat of passion. That was a planned attack.

In theory, and this very important, IN THEORY, we have given up our right to enact violence upon our fellow man for any and every reason to the government because we don't want to live in a society where a man can just be killed walking down the street. So we enact penalties upon people who do that.

In return, the government is supposed to arbitrate on our behalf and carry out Justice in our stead as a neutral 3rd party.

As for war, war isn't murder. It's the state using violence to obtain political goals. But that sounds icky, so society calls it heroic.
If Luigi argues what the CEO was doing was effectively murder then the court has to decide to make it legal precedence that it is or isn't. I am perfectly fine if they decide that starving someone to death or denying them lifesaving care isn't murder because then we can legally and openly make plans to do it to the CEOs.

According to two people familiar with the discussions, among the proposals raised by members was a potential Civil Rights era-style “sit-in” protest, in which members would return to their old seats and refuse to leave them.
Lmao absolutely pathetic. Theater kids, all of them. They want it to be the Civil Rights Era so badly. I hate how education has basically deified that era.

Not to power level, but my eyes were opened when my first child was born. There was confusion at the hospital as to how my child was covered so they sent me a bill. $24k, but they would take $18.5k cash with a number to call to negotiate that. My health insurance paid $36k. Yes, you all read that correctly.

We all think internet grifters are bad. They have nothing on the health insurance industry.

Are people monitoring the actual important things going on like the special elections instead of crying that a privileged rich boy greasy wop who murdered a slimeball CEO, who was mere weeks away from going to prison, is getting the chair?

Like can that be focused on instead of tards trying to compare leftoid spray paint tactics to being heroes of the Revolutionary War?

Have you considered posting articles about it and trying to get a discussion going?

The Wisconsin SC one closes at 8pm their time, that's probably the only big one. Nothing going on that I see really yet except the same old 'our are lines are bigger than theirs' back and forth still. I'm wondering if it'll be a blowout for the dem or something they'll be able to squeak/cheat to pull off. The momentum swung hard the last week, but there was a lot of early voting. Do they still have vote by mail there?

My dawg, people are financing Chipotle burritos and you think we are on the verge of medical price disclosure?

They will allow missed payments to accrue up to 25% of the orders value PER ORDER

Then once your good and over your head the "interest free period ends "

Protip: You don't have to pay medical bills if the services are already rendered. It's hard for them to show up on credit history and even if they do most financial institutions ignore them when making decisions about you. Hospitals are not allowed to refuse service for previous bills. Their only recourse is to require payment up front before rendering services and that's only allowed if the procedure is not considered life saving.

If you finance a burrito, you deserve whatever happens as a result.

The FL special election situation is pretty serious and I hope the WI SC thing goes right. I know that WI still does absentee ballot vote-by-mail but I don't know about anything else.
