Yeah, "not your daddy" is another of those "you're going to end up on supervised visitation only with that kid if you keep it up" signifiers.

This kind of thing, "that's not your real dad, he's just your sperm donor" etc., is seen as absolutely haram by every family court judge, and they come down on it like the hand of God. If Daniel brings these receipts to the court, Becca will get maybe one extremely stern warning. Another violation, and Jackson/Becky are likely to be paying child support to Daniel. Becky has zero chance of spousal support from Daniel since she has another spouse already. I would expect they're about to need to move to a very modest home.

CPS doesn't handle divorce and custody rulings. They do stuff like removal from the home and long-term placement and parental rights termination, basically Oliver Twist type shit. Family court judges in CA do custody and I pray they get the one old ass non-pozzed judge who just fucks them all over when it comes to custody. As funny as this will be, my heart hurts for a little flat headed girl caght in this BPD polycule shit storm.

I dont think there's anything for her to "accommodate" as such. The "give up her bed thing" will clearly not what's being actually asked, and will be one of her trademark extraneous chain of extremely bad faith reasonings all taken to the Nth degree.

I mean, maybe, aye, but on the other hand, Becky has possibly fucked herself royally by her basically never ending involvement with psychological services, which will have been bankrolled and probable by the cuck in question. That kind of thing, threatening suicide every 48 hours on publicly documented sites and in person (think of the texts she will be sending him.. Fuck) doesn't go down well in terms of child welfare considerations. And the alienation of her parents too, and basically anything else that counts as a support network aside from occasional fetlife dregs. She has written her own death sentence..
Becky wouldn't want the reality of having the baby in her charge, so there might be a part of her that rolls over a little easier than we'd expect, however the narcissistic injury from "losing" will be huge. It depends how much energy she has to devote to spite honestly and that could waver on anything number of factors
