Bugged Lego manufacturing. Nothing he could do

He's complaining about a missing piece, which is very unlikely as Lego are well known for the reliability of their machines to check piece count.

My money on him just being a retard and either not seeing it or placing it somewhere else.

There's something pathetic about him not even being able to put together a set made for kids 8+ without complaining and in a timely manner
