The Magistrate DID deny both sanctions on the same day, but entered the second denial a day latter.

The Magistrate DID deny both sanctions on the same day, but entered the second denial a day latter.

I had assumed he was working on the 1st denial longer (since it's a full written order), saw the new sanction pop up, and smacked it down with a docket text order while he wrapped up. Now I wonder if he only paid attention to the new motions because was in the process of entering his full order, physically looking at the docket while they came in.

You should know by now that Russ is only going to file after a deadline to do so has already passed or it's at least past the point where the filing would have been timely. He's too busy trying to intervene in a case where neither side wants him, harassing women whores on Instagram, and making pilgrimages to barren lots in the desert he once dreamt of purchasing to possibly try and respond to the court or do anything to try to prosecute the lawsuit he brought. You'll just have to excuse his negligence and wait for the appropriate hour, which is several past the actual appropriate hour.

If I were the judge and I started pressuring somebody for always filing late while they pull the tard card, and suddenly they started to file on time... that'd just confirm to me that the person was able to file on time prior, they just chose not to. How vexatious! If the person continued to fail to meet such deadlines, maybe I'd believe they were actually retarded. So which will it be Russ? Comply to not make the judge mad, or power through and never file on time to keep the tard card strong? (He won't even consider this dilemma at all and continue to file late just because he's a lazy annoying fucker)
