It is truly a massive loss that Aaron was charged with this paper-thin "crime" because we could've had so much more back and forth with Nick about how much Aaron cuckolded him.
Its been an elusive aspect of the Qover simply because Aaron can't talk about Kayla. In an ideal world Aaron could just say back "I made your wife cum" to anything Nick says. Maybe with this supposed "legal positioning" he may be able to.

The creation of the currency KNU pegged to 50 USD makes it worth it because now we get to know the value of everything monetary Nick does.

It would almost be worth him going to jail just for Nick to have to see it in the public record that Kayla turned to Aaron for sexual satisfaction her husband couldn’t deliver.
 
I’d love to hear Nick explain how Casey Kolb is somehow unethical for simply doing his job and mounting a solid defence for his client.
Truth is, Nick's probably just pissed because he thought he had Geno and his snooze-fest of a wife locked down to have Aaron "dead to rights", which gave him the balls to start messing with confidential data he had no business accessing. Now that Geno and Co. have flipped back to Aaron, Nick’s left looking like a complete idiot and possibly staring down the barrel of a new criminal investigation.

I hope the speculation by fellow 'farmers that Aaron is taking a plea to allow prosecution of CFAA violations is true. Maybe our resident Subway Sandwich Artist @Potentially Criminal can comment? That clip is worth watching. He says they quizzed him on numerous people who (potentially) had info shared to them by Nick, most of them podcasters, some of whom he hadn’t even heard of. Ethan Ralph one of them I think. This isn’t over yet, if we’re lucky.
