I don't know if anyone has seen this Queen person on youtube but they upload psychologic studies and certain ones seem eerily similar to Phil. The most negetive ones. This shit randomly hit my algorithm. And each video is an hour long but just look at the thumbnails and tell me this isn't a secret detractor.

The problem with Smark Guys is simple: DSP doesn’t do any prep. You can pair him with anyone, but there’s zero chemistry, no real conversation, no back-and-forth. He doesn’t challenge ideas, doesn’t engage, and half the time he’s not even following the product. He skips women’s matches, doesn’t keep up with storylines, and just floats through it like it’s a chore.

Like Triple P said—it’s not a serious wrestling podcast, it’s just another way to mess with Phil. And the detractor community needs to stop pretending like Smark Guys is ever going to be respected in the wrestling podcast space. It’s not built for that."

He just doesn't make me care at all about it. There is actually negative knowledge gain when he talks about it. Where's the hook on it? Barebones wrestling talk about what someone saw is just such low effort trash .

I'm just listening to a guy give a daily wrap book report style on shit I know nothing about, and the guy isn't letting me figure it out or catch up. There's just no care going on for him or the audience. It's like watching him do an RPG stream where I can tell he has no fuckin clue whats going on and he's not helping me out. It's just like I lost any sort of reading comprehension and just hear blabble.

I guarantee PWR could make me care because instead of grill Phil we can get call ins from many others who might or might not care either but at least it's entertaining.

I'd argue he was never creative in the first place. Or rather his ceativity peaked in early highschool (at best) and never evolved. This is what Itsagundam said in one of his early lore streams. DSP never evolved, he never changed. It's still the same conent just with flashier Lights. Basically putting lipstick on a goutridden bloated pig. It is still a bloated pig but some might think it is a better Looking pig. Warski said the same during the snakening "Know who you are online. I have evolved several times over my Career". And Warski knows how it is to really claw himself back up from rock Bottom. DSP never really had that. He is just falling and falling and falling (like in the Telltale gmae Jurassic Park where one Character tumbles down a hill and keeps falling because you fail the QTE's)

DSP was one of the first to do it just like wingsofredemption. They never had any creativity it was just the right place at the right time and the 1st to do it. DSP could never enter the space now because its too saturated

It's noticeable that there are two very different perceptions of Kat.

The first is that she bosses Phil around, monitors his content, reams him out whenever he does something stupid and would be mega pissed if she ever found out how badly he manages his finances.

The second is that she's barely sentient, interacts with Phil as little as possible and doesn't care about what he spends his money on as long as she has a roof over her head and a regular supply of Door Dash.

I wish she had more of an online footprint so we could better gauge what her actual personality is like. Despite all the jokes about her spending all of her time playing Skyrim, I don't know if she actually does because that information comes from Phil.

He chose to drink, he chose to make that first in-game purchase. Fuck Phail. Rather than tapping the brakes he presses the accelerator. He enjoyed all the benefits of having over-indulgent parents without ever assuming the responsibilities of adulthood. Phail's vices are those of his own choosing.

Phail is a verbally, emotionally and psychologically abusive alcoholic with a gambling addiction. He's in a position to get help at any time. Phail doesn't want to change, he doesn't want help. Fuck Phail.

I'm not MATI, I'm enjoying watching him sink lower and lower. I hope his paypigs enjoy sinking with him.

Yeah its a divisive topic and I'm kind of reminded of how in The Sopranos they treat all addicts and gamblers as degenerates and then steal their sporting goods store and force the guy to sell his son's car so Tony's daughter (unknowingly) can get the car.

One thing I can definitely agree on is that Phil doesn't want to change and Phil doesn't want help - but I also strongly add to that Phil doesn't need to change. He has some hardcore fake fans who keep bankrolling his degeneracy for whatever reason, otherwise this shit would've been over with ages ago.

That space doesn’t even exist anymore. Let’s plays no longer are really a thing and haven’t been for awhile. All the big video game content these days is reviews, discussions, and 10 hour long retrospectives, or like comedy variety people who are primarily comedy but basically have video games running in the background.

The idea of watching a boring fat loser play a game because you really like the game, is not a thing anyone does anymore and they only did it back in 2009 because that was the only video game content around.
