I appreciate you. I intend to fucking sleep for 2 days after I finish this video. I'm just so fucking pissed that no one listened when I pointed out that if you violate other laws like harassment, you would get into a lawsuit.

Internet shenanigans and lawsuits are not a good combination, when you only did those shenanigans after the lawsuit started. And I hated getting shit on by both sets of fans for pointing out that there's only so much you can say about being innocent. I'm so happy this is all finally done, I can say my peace, beat a tranny to the punch for making a video, repost some lost things from the situation between DVAU, EzScape, and Apollo, and fucking dip again.

EDIT: I am using only my archive for my video, but telling people to check this thread if they're curious. If it's mine, it's mine. If it's not, I intend to credit the origin. For anyone wanting to call me a faggot for gatekeeping.

At the same time, it would be incredibly hilarious of Jirard accelerated the lawsuit procedure for sloppy Aussie seconds.

Jirard financially lost most of his supporters, sponsorships, and ad revenue.
Jobst and Pootahar literally said Jirard and his family were scamming and taking from the top.

And he would have to show that those claims were untrue by refuting the discrepancies of donor participants in the golf tournament, donations gathered, BITs and subscriptions during his streaming marathon that Karl and Mutahar pointed out in their videos.

Unless he can explain all of these, going to court would be the dumbest fucking thing he can do.
Unless he can clearly and definitively show that the accusations were false, he has no case.

The last thing I saw about this was that he admitted his company kept a share to pay for the event.
Did anything new come out that would make this a case that get over the actual malice hurdle?

If it were anyone else, I'd dismiss all the faggy stuff. In 2006, a significant portion of social interactions between heterosexual young men consisted of dick jokes, demands for blowjobs, and threats of butt rape. I recall upset fags complaining that it wasn't cool to make their dong hunger the butt of the joke.
