From the Barneswalker's filing, White appears to have messed up altering the pronouns in his quote. It seems Rekieta took personal credit for his audience donating more than $1,000,000 to charity, an argument which doesn't appear to have helped the recommendation at all.

"Nick should be given leniency because he at one point had an audience he encouraged to give to charity, but he's since pushed most of that audience away and refuses to continue making the content that would bring them back"

Great argument

While the PSIR is private and not available for download, the fact that was filed plus a date of April 9 is visible on MCRO.

It appears that the first thing Nick tweeted after the the date associated with the PSIR on MCRO was his announcement that he intends to stream on April 18th, after his sentencing. This announcement tweet was posted at 2:18pm local time (7:18 UTC) April 10.

His previous tweet before that was a reply to Camelot at 12:52 am on April 9 (5:52 UTC).

Wishful thinking perhaps? He's well known to mouth what his ass can't cash. It'll be hilarious on Friday to see his Locals winemoms sit confused in the live chat as Nick is hauled off to the clink.

A lot of a trial is just a popularity contest, and who would you rather sit on a Greyhound bus across country with; Mark Richards or Binger?
I dunno. Am I allowed to physically assault/annoy Tommy Binger during the bus ride?

If no, then I guess I'll have to go with Mark Richards.

I bet you he is counting his and his old lawtube friends legal funds in that number. Wouldn't put it past him to claim stuff like the rittenhouse fund as well.
"Okay, here's the deal. I am not paying any of you, but I get to take credit for anything you do that's positive."
:really:

Yeah, that sounds about right.

I'm pretty sure all of us who have kids have parental duties that they must fulfill. When we fuck up, we fail at those duties, and we have to make restitution to The Man, no matter if we're parents or not.

Why does it ALWAYS fall to "driving the kids around" as his great excuse for anything in life? What about "a devoted father of five" and just leave it there? Why MUH DRIVING THESE KEEDZ?

Is Kayla incapable of driving? Are Nick's worthless ass parents incapable? Please someone enlighten me.

Kayla just admitted Nick can be replaced by Uber services for driving and food delivery. What a testament to his greatness as a father.
"It is fun to watch his skills and creativity come out in his dishes."

If I didn't know any better, I'd have assumed that was biting sarcasm.

I personally want to believe (as alleged by Keanu Thompson due to phone calls with April Anderson during her time in the Balldo Bunker) that he's been dodging or failing drug tests and/or found to be drunk post-bail conditions.

Ergo, PSIR wants his head on a platter. But what is a Balldoskelly to do in the face of such adversity?

The tried and trusted method of "MUH KEEDZ MANG, y'all don't want these innocent little cutie patoodies suffah on my account, do ya honor?"

It's a faggoty ass pathetic whimpering move by a faggoty ass addict. I hope the judge calls him out as a cowering weak-willed pussy that he is.

He’s not going to jail unless he violates probation
IDK, judges really like doing shock probation, where they order jail time, make you do some of it, and sword of Damocles the rest.
I didn't even know that Korea was bad for you!
Only if you become a Korean business professional. Jeff was killed by the classic weekend party trip to Seoul heart attack.

Am I misremembering, or wasn't that the same day Aaron plead out? I recall that tweet, and when I saw it I assumed he announced his attention to start streaming again because the Aaron case was winding down. Possibly even as a lump wristed attempt to claim victory for Aaron being fined the princely sum of $50.

When will KK start announcing their sub targets in KNU?
