The PSIR was harsher than I was expecting.
I was afraid we would get some retard who does not understand the internet, who never manages to look up Nick and never finds out about any of the shit he pulled in the last year. With this recommendation I am pretty confident that someone saw through Nick.
you know he'll be pissed as hell dealing with a PO.
And that PO just delivered the real Minnesota assfucking on a silver plate for Judge SJW to administer.

Within one months Nick's wife's nude, 1 KNU, was minted at 50$, AND he can actually eat a 30 jail sentence.
The absolute impotent tard rage, the poor guy must be fuming. I really wish he would stream.

From the Barneswalker's filing, White appears to have messed up altering the pronouns in his quote. It seems Rekieta took personal credit for his audience donating more than $1,000,000 to charity, an argument which doesn't appear to have helped the recommendation at all.

"Your Honor do you know how many GoFundMes this man has linked in chat?"

LOL! Nice catch!

That means the PSIR just quoted Nick. It's NOT an objective observation. It's just Nick B.S..

Which isn't against the law or anything. I'm sure they have to take the defendant's PoV into account somehow, but come the fuck on. Nick is delusional.

Also, when the fuck did Nick ever get his fans to donate a million to any charity? Did I miss something?

I'm sure someone will find a stream where he did some charity stream, I can't remember it. And there's no way it was $1 mil if he did. Heck, Pippa barely hit $30k for a museum donation run recently, I sincerely doubt Nick, even at his peak, channeled $1 million somewhere. If he had, he'd never shut up about it.

Proof of life on Kayla, earlier rumours of flight from the Balldo appear unfounded.

"Lastly your honor, I would like to clarify I am NOT writing this under duress, my husband is totally COOL and BASED and LOVES FREEDOM and FUN and that upsets NERDS!"

Please God, Jesus, Santa, who-fucking-ever, if you enjoy a good laugh, have Nick go to jail and be forced to watch Fatrick MAPton's NAMbLA convention from the jailhouse computer room.
It is my only wish.
Anyone can type a letter. No signature, no proof. (Kidding; she's around and standing by her pathetic excuse for a man.)

Bro there's no way 50% of her character reference is about all the fucking extracurricular activities their kids take. You could be ferrying them back and forth from MENSA meetings, NO ONE CARES, YOU'RE STRUNG-OUT DRUG ADDICTS.

It saddens me a little that driving appears to be their singular reference point for their kids lives. She should be talking about how he goes above and beyond - the time he organised a grand birthday celebration, or the time he saved one from drowning in a pool, or how he sits with the children every night to support them with homework. Driving is so mechanical and administrative. Yes you have to drive them around, that's called being a parent. It's not noteworthy and your complaints make it seem like you struggle to do the bare minimum, which everything we've seen supports.
"But yer honor, he does the minimum! He's my hero!"
She sounds retarded. Which could still mean Nick wrote this.

Comparing this with the state of the children, filthy and hungry, they really are a contemptible bunch. Having your kids in that many activities is usually overcompensation from the parents. They never shut up about it. Congrats, both parents are unemployed and can spend all day driving. Epic.

“He made a mistake” lol, a mistake that he refused to stop even as the cops were taking a battering ram to their front door. Fuck her. His heart is so generous he has a girlfriend and a wife!
Yeah, he mistakenly drove 2.5 hours to Minneapolis and mistakenly bought enough blow to satisfy every attendee at a Saturday night underwear party at the Gay 90s and mistakenly brought it home and mistakenly put some in a safe and mistakenly left the rest out where anyone could get to it. So many unintended actions!

Too add on to this discussion, a lot has to be said I think for the fact that Richards (and his associate who I forget the name of, shaved head guy) were local attorneys, and that even if they were 'small time local lawyers' that could have given them an advantage where they know the local juror pool, they know the judge, and they know how best to present arguments in court for the local judiciary.
Being somebody like Richard's who is identifiably from a local working class background can be a huge boon as a defense attorney. A lot of a trial is just a popularity contest, and who would you rather sit on a Greyhound bus across country with; Mark Richards or Binger?

He’s not going to jail unless he violates probation

Anyone with a brain knew this was the outcome
And Balldo will take this as a great victory, which means we are almost guaranteed to have more drunken ridiculous nonsense streams. Have his lawyers and probation officer breathing down his neck about the terms of his probation. . .which in turn will activate Nick's petty contrarian personality disorder.

Megan Fox wrote a letter of support for Nicholas Rekieta:
Like a vast majority of lawyers, Nick struggled with substance abuse.
I'm not sure that "Dear Judge, Nick is just a common junkie, like nearly everyone in your profession. You surely can't deny Your Honour, that either you or your colleague 'Judge Pussy Liquor' haven't done some substance abuse yourself on the side." will have the effect that she thinks it will have.
Degenerates always make the same mistake where they assume that their terrible behavior is so much more commonplace (and should thus be more acceptable) than it actually is.
They try to drag everyone else into what they're doing so that they can use the public as their shield, saying, "come on, we've all done this at some point." And then they can't understand it when they get nothing but horrified stares in return.
The worst ones will even try to turn it around on the rest of us and accuse us of lying when we don't go along with it.

I can see Nick trying this argument. But the fact that Megan used it makes me wonder if she, too, has a skewed sense of she thinks is normal.

I remember when Amanda Knox (who is innocent, but still) stupidly tried to offer as her reason for why she didn't know what happened on the night of the murder, "oh, come on, who amongst us hasn't blacked out at a wild sex and drug party in a foreign country and forgotten the entire night's events?"
And then people started to disbelieve her because no one could actually relate and it seemed suspicious as fuck, and so she got dragged through another decade of hell in court.

Intentionally being obtuse and pretending to be a retard to create an uncomfortable scenario
I never got the sense that Megan Fox had to pretend.

when Jeff Harrison died of Korea
I didn't even know that Korea was bad for you!

(My real questimate currently is 3 years probation supervised, no jail and 80 hours of community service. Of course I wish for the maximum of the PSI for him.)

Oh, I am not disputing he's probably did one or more charity streams. I am, however, disputing the 1 mil+ claim.

I think Nick straight up LIED to pre-sentencing investigations. Shocker!

Wouldn't it be funny if they found that out, and the report is the result?

I bet you he is counting his and his old lawtube friends legal funds in that number. Wouldn't put it past him to claim stuff like the rittenhouse fund as well.

11PM dinner requests" from their eldest son seems strange to me. I don't think I ever asked my parents to make me food that late at night, much less asked them to make me food at all when I was 17. If I was up that late I would either make something myself, or more likely be eating out with friends if I was out that late. Also "skills and creativiry in his dishes" is hilarious to me, not that Nick's cooking is unedible, but I would call it barely competent at best. Certainly not "creative". Perhaps it is creative to use Wagyu beef in a roast where it is totally wasted?
My mother was an ace homemaker and had a fully from-scratch hot meal on the table just about every night. Never even occurred to me to ask her (or my dad, who, you know, got up at 6 am to go to work - or on the weekends to work on the house, build things, repair things, pay the bills, etc.) to make me something at 11 pm. And I couldn't have if I'd wanted to, bc by that time they were usually in bed or getting there, bc they were not coke-snorting hedonists staying up high and drunk all night. Most teens would rather do their own thing at that time of night, anyway. That's just a weird fucking line.

I think that instead of forced community service, the Judge should order Nick to get a real job working at a burger joint for 90 days.
He should have to do 500 hours of community service*. And get and KEEP at least one (employee) job throughout his full probation. Not a thing, but I would love to see that and that the deal gets yanked if he mouths off and gets fired, or quits for any reason.

*BTW, it is not a requirement, but lawyers in MN are strongly encouraged to do 50 hours/ year of pro bono work. Yes, on top of billing/working full time or full time-plus (and oop! raising a family if they have one). And no, I would not want him to do pro bono work as his community service, because that would not serve the community. Just saying that 80 hours for a non-working twit is nothing. He should be in a bright-orange vest spearing trash in the middle of winter for a few hundred hours.
