If Nick gets a script for ketamine for "depression" and adderall for ADD, he would be legally safe because of the way our fucked up medical system works, but I don't know if being a known junkie really gels with that or affects his parole.
You're imagining a fairy tale world in where prescribers give a shit and won't just take Nick's money.

Nick is a fucking idiot if he streams about this. If he claims to be not guilty, wrongly convicted or insinuates it then he breaks his plea agreement and the state gets to sue him again. If he lies about the sentencing to his fans in the hope they keep supporting him then that's fraud and he would immediately break his parole.

There are ways he can wiggle around this but he is a bad lawyer and he is more interested in a "rock star" lifestyle. Being told he cant drink is worse than not being able to.
He'll just tell the doctor he has depression and they'll give him a medical marijuana card. He's just gonna be on edibles all the time now.

He will piss hot and get carted straight to jail.
I will refer to my own post made just a couple days ago.

He won't be sober long enough to complete his probation, but he also probably won't see additional time over his guaranteed violations. Minnesota isn't exactly a hard on crime state and we only have to look to fellow lolcow BMJ to see that after beating his dad twice and pissing hot like 5(?) times in 6 months, he's only getting rehab. The 5th time he pissed hot was after getting sentenced to drug classes for 6 months after pissing hot the 4th time. He misinterpreted the classes as having to attend rehab for 6 months and decided to just smoke crack until he had to go to intake. What were they gonna do, send him to rehab twice? Oh yeah, he's also been kicked out of rehab during that period as well.

Nick will piss hot or miss PO appointments numerous times before anything substantial happens to him and I suspect his parents will wrangle him enough that his violations aren't severe or close enough together to provoke much of a response. They are enablers who must protect their coke addict son at any cost, including their grandchildren.

This niggas doomed. He can easily use his family's money to get a candy man doctor who will prescribe him whatever he wants to get fucked up. If he's not already, he will be taking multiple bars a day from his body being used to benzos. He will barely be able to convey any form of intelligent thought (worse than now) from the huffing, He'll be using Kratom all day and all night (if he ins't already) and I do believe he will become addicted to Adderall. And when none of this works anymore, he will end up getting AIDS (if he doesn't have it already) from falling into Gay ChemSex, and if all of this has already happened, then the nail in the coffin will be pedophilia and Child porn provided to him by Melton of Vito, bc that's the only logical end to a nigga like him.

Reactions: Unhinged duck
I was thinking more about him talking about his drug use, how cool drugs are and how obviously high on whippets/gas he was
If he's dumb enough to not have detoxed by now, Balldo is in for 30 days from hell. There's not really any countermeasure for alcohol withdrawal, other than carefully tapering one's ethanol intake over time. They will have to dope him up and leave him in a special observation cell so he doesn't try to kill himself.

What does "May be deferred of complaint with probation" mean?

The probation is unironically worse than the jailtime, I'd rather go to jail for up to a year than essentially be grounded and micro-managed by the state for FIVE YEARS.
There's a reason I ask diversion-eligible DUI clients "can you go a year without booze?" before advising them to enter diversion.
On a side note tangent, on the way there I got to visit the biggest ball of twine. It's about only 40 miles from the courthouse that brought Nick to heal.
