Things like ciggies, caffeine, and basic OTCs are not counted in any probation I’ve ever seen. I think it’s how they classify them, and I’ve never seen one barring someone from nicotine.
Alright. You're probably right. I'll correct myself then. He is not going 5 years probation without a drink. He will piss hot, and he will go to jail. Its a matter of when, not if.

If he could avoid 5 years of probation by doing 30 days in jail he'd be a complete retard not to do that. I really think he's doing the jail time no matter what. That's a short sentence for such a long time on probation.

I’ve never done coke nor do I wish to, but the drink is definitely going to be a big problem for Nick.
Five long years of having to go through this hell of a life that Balldo has created for himself, sober as a nail. It’s like if Linus had his blanket taken away, Nick’s going to lose it.

Anyone got info on prison food in Minnesota? With all the Somalis they got maybe they have the tasty Somali-style spaghetti.

The coke is actually easy. Stop buying coke from the seedy dealer at the street corner with cash. But booze? That shit is in walmart man. Getting a beer is not a hard task.

No, probation officers typically come down like the hammer of God on probation violators. If you don't show up for an appointment or they have strong reason to believe you're fucking around and probably in violation, they come looking for you right away and by they I mean both themselves and the local police or sheriff's department. This is impressed upon offenders at the first PO appointment. I've practically got that happy fun introductory speech memorized. I doubt it differs much from state to state.
This is also felony probation, not misdemeanor probation. They don't fuck around with felony probation violations.

Probation is a lot more of a hassle than just not being able to do drugs or drink. There is unannounced home visits, random piss tests besides the scheduled ones, the police can search you, your house and your car at anytime without a warrant. He lives in a small town so his PO will know who he is. He won't be just a name on a list to check off. He'll get the personal treatment. Probation is it's own kind of hell. Especially for an entitled asshole like him.

He's got no escape from his family.
For five, long years. He absolutely hates being a family man, this will be torture for him.

those retarded letters from his whore wife and dad didn't do shit to lower the recommended sentence.
I think they were counterproductive because there was no reference to his offence or how it affected everyone. If you don't refer to the offence, how do you show he's repentant?
It also low-key indicates he was DWI with kids in the car.

This does not include any possible legal proceedings concerning him illegally accessing Aaron's shit.
If that goes to trial, Nick is no longer a first time offender. Nice.

Can someone with better memory reiterate that stuff Nick did during the start of his legal troubles? I forget the details but this guy was such a druggie that he paid a ton of money to ensure he can keep drinking and stuff.

That behaviour is why the probation is such a gut punch.
He had two options. Conditional release or bond. The conditional release didn't cost any money, but the stipulations were basically the same as his current stipulations. The bond has none of those conditions and I think was set at 50k or 100k, so he paid 10% of that to avoid the stipulations that he will now be facing for the next 5 years.

Unless she is zonked out on Star Trek or other substances. Remember, she had her own case dismissed.

More likely than not they will simply move in with family for the 2 fortnights and she will not need to self-reflect--even if she should.
True. I keep forgetting how she was smiling and acting like a retard during that hearing after her arrest while any other mother who actually cares about her children would be crying at the reality of being arrested and drug in front of a judge.

Let's not forget that the child endangerment case enforced the exact stipulations the bond would allow him to avoid, so he wasted money like a fucking degenerate.

Nick plays strawman semantics. He will pick some flawed or schizo take and represent it as the majority opposition opinion then proceed to best it down.

My prediction: He will latch on to 'He gonna go to JAIL!', and make much of 'it is conditional, so no, I am NOT going to jail.'

It was more retarded. He is picking on typographical errors:

Nick will be given the death penalty during the appeals process. He has to take this to the supreme court.
President Donald Trump himself will perform the execution on the White House lawn.

His final words before dropping the axe will be 'GamerGate was right'.
Imagine if he has to go in front of a high school or something and tell kids why drugs are bad. My hopes are up.
His older kids go to a real high school do they not? Imagine if they end up having to sit in the gym with all the other students and watch their useless junkie dad explain why their little sister got dosed with coke.

Also, can we all agree that if Nick really does get online tonight and does CokeStream 2.0 he's won LOTY 2025? Show that NERD judge who you are Nick. It will be both FUNNY and WEIRD.
