One small detail is different than the original order given by the judge.
It seems pretty clear that it's 5 years probation with 30 days jail but the jail can be waived if he's straight until August. He took a deal on a pretty serious crime and made the process a pain in the ass for the State. There's zero chance it's just three months probation which would effectively be the total punishment if the whole thing is waived.
30 days MAY be deferred if he's compliant with probation.
Yes that's what I mean. The 5 years probation is a lock though, at least for the forseeable future. It could be reduced 2-3 years from now but no chance it's ending any time soon. Nobody thought there was even a chance he was going to jail so to claim this as a win would be hilarious.

He's currently not authorized to practice because he's behind on his Continuing Legal Education requirements. Even so he could still be issued a short suspension, or some sort of official reprimand, but it's unlikely to be any more than that from this case, even if he fucks up his probation.
