Regardless, choose your words carefully, Rekieta. Holy shit.
I assume a county agency can’t sue a private citizen for defamation but like…is there any path of relief available? (And yes I feel WEIRD and FUNNY being outraged on the government’s behalf. Thanks, Nose. Fucking piece of shit.)

Releasing the bodycam footage and CHIPS file would be conclusive.

Nick's LOCALS show highlights
While I'm very much stating the obvious here, looking over Rackets' coping just makes it even more obvious that he's going to breach his conditions and land himself into even more trouble. He's not just an addict, he's an addict that's both inherently anti-social and now permanently brain damaged from substance abuse. He has neither the humility nor the cognitive ability to acknowledge his mistakes, I mean fuck he wasn't even capable of being pragmatic and saying 'sorry I'll be better' with his pinky crossed behind his back in court.

He'll chafe under the conditions imposed on him until the ever unwavering self belief of his own brilliance will convince him that he can somehow outsmart his probation officer, just as it convinced him that he could outsmart the court. This pattern will continue, as will his spiral into even further degeneracy, until he either fucks up so seriously that he gets some big boy time, or his vices/poor life choices get him killed.

I've known my fair share of druggies, and of the ones that ended up behind bars or dead, all of them were smarter and more capable than Nick, so make of that what you will.

In other words Nick, who was not trying to act like a cult leader, was having Aaron handwrite cultish self-criticism letters which Aaron agreed to because he's that much of a cuckold.

Not really beating the cult allegations there, Rekieta.

I believe this was a letter that Aaron wrote and addressed to April (I think he has talked about it before on STMS) in an attempt (Aaron claims) to win her back.

If true, Nick is really not beating those cult-leader allegations. This is something Scientology and Children of God did--get blackmail material on all its members.

Nick's streams OUGHT to be used as anti-drug PSAs.

Nick had previously argued that school anti-drug programs made drugs sound cool. And to be fair (since I am roughly the same age), I wouldn't say they made sound drugs sound cool, but they were kinda lame. Really limp wristed. We had Nancy Reagan telling us to "Just say No," and that's pretty weak.

You need to scare the SHIT out of kids. You could play Requiem for a Dream in the classroom, or Nick's Cokestream. Yeah, with the latter they'd have to endure "Anime sucks cope and sneed," but that would probably get less parental complaints than "ass to ass" I figure.

Except in the stream he made it clear he has some bizarre drug version of the NAP where it should be legal--until you hurt someone, then you get charged.

I actually think that he meant Qalya and April.

How many manchild-hours have already been spent debating the metabolites here? I'm sure he will bring something compelling and new to the table

A Quora article. You are telling me that is not convincing to you? Maybe he can find a Wiki too!

I'm guessing Nick never had much of a childhood. While it's been a good while, I understand why kids may be apprehensive about staying at other places and not others. You have a sleep-over with a friend, hell yeah, you're with a friend, maybe pizza and videogames or whatever you like are involved, hell yeah this is awesome. Compared to being ripped from your home that you're familiar with and being told, you're gonna sleep/stay in this new place; maybe you're familiar with them, maybe you're not, but it's against your will, and it's not gonna be pizza, and videogames, and cool shit like it would be when staying at a friend's house. It also doesn't help that you watched your parents get led away by police, and the police also undoubtedly supervised and put you through weird tests for some reason; even if you don't understand all what's going on, you know shit isn't right, and now you're at a different house with different people, and for some reason, the adults are saying their parents love them and hope you'll be back with your parents and at your house in a short amount of time.

Now tell me why a kid may be uncomfortable, and why it's specifically the fault of the people they're staying with and not related to the events that landed them there.
Wayment.
The children were being fostered by family members.
One of the kids reports inappropriate behaviour *wink* *wink*
The GAL says if they wanna take this seriously he'll have to remove the kids to an out of family foster care.
They choose not to take it seriously and ignore it

What's the point of disclosing this? To make the state look bad, but its one of Rackets' own family members that's being accused here. Removing the kids to an out of family foster care would be the only reasonable response if you wanted to take a report like that as the truth.

They were at their material grandparents' house.

If Nick tried to use the state to shut up his in-laws when the children reported them being critical of Nick (as it sounds to be) he is a a bigger cuck than I thought.

It's almost like that bullshit was total moron shit and he completely lost on it because it was retarded.

Remember how that Boss Baby looking bitch ass fucking whore Barnes insisted it was totally the best argument of all time and how anyone who was pointing out how completely fucking retarded it was was wrong?
What are you talking about? Nick totally won his case on everything using these rock-solid constitutional arguments. He argued the search and arrest violated his 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, 14th and 25th amendment rights. His victory was unprecedented in scope when he won his Frank's hearing at BOTH the trial and appellate levels (the first ever to win at trial court, appeal and win again). His precedent setting watermark arguments were so devastating, the prosecution was left speechless. And total victory when he successfully negotiated a felony guilty plea for 5 years probation. Never bet against Barnes. Name another person that didn't sell drugs, only used drugs in their home, didn't have drugs on their person nor was under the influence when stopped and got off with only a felony conviction. You can't.

Barnes is THAT good.

I've known my fair share of druggies, and of the ones that ended up behind bars or dead, all of them were smarter and more capable than Nick, so make of that what you will.
How many of them have parents worth tens of millions who believe its their job to wipe the ass of their drug addict son?

There are plenty of valid criticisms that can be applied to @ItsAaronIgnoreMe but I admire the fact the he's seemed to identify the closest he'll come to an infinite money glitch by attempting to provoke the Nose Goblin into a relapse. When Nick inevitably picks up the bottle in a week or two, Aaron's got a month of dono's waiting for him on his celebration streams.

He also posted this when all the chaos was unfolding last night. It needs some avocado or fresh scallions, but at least he can garnish, albeit with dried parsley. His light trolling is rather refreshing.

All I'm hearing is 40 minutes till Nick has a surprise date night with Kayla.

We really need to compile all these stream excuses. I have a smattering in the OP. I think the newest was '11PM requests for food from the 17 year old'.

Personally, 'childrens' late night computer activities' is tops, followed closely by '107 degree Fahrenheit fever'.

Like if his B12 levels are in the gutter for weeks in a row, then the PO (or an underling) is going to literally just sit with Nick all day like a goddamned shadow to see what he's doing during the day, watching him like he's an elementary schooler with a behavioral problem.

*puts on Boss Baby suit to better channel Barnes* That would require the PO or underling to basically live in Nick's house all day, which is a clear violation of his Third Amendment rights.

He repeats the belief that drugs should be legal because only hurting people with those substances--like alcohol. Being on probation, as he is now, does not change that belief.
It was motivated by their concern about his relationship with April. They got the government to police his personal relationship.
Nick votes on tax policy and anti-war bases. He does not really care who wins.
Nick was treated with undue hostility by the lead investigator (Quin Pomplun)
Every word that oozes out of Nick's mouth just makes me more and more certain that you simply cannot share a society with Libertarians.
He's so fucking childish. So fucking selfish. So short-sighted. He has no care or consideration for anyone else—not even his own fucking children.

He cannot comprehend that he endangered them. He doesn't care that he dosed one of them. He doesn't even consider that it might be true, and that he might have actually been wrong in his belief that the test was fake or he didn't do it or whatever story he's saying today. He doesn't even stop and go, "oh fuck, maybe it really was me, maybe I actually did something horrible. Maybe I did it accidentally, but it was still under my watch, with my drugs, so it would've been my fault."
His sole focus is figuring out what he needs to say so that he can worm his way out of whatever trouble he's in, so that he can go back to being a hedonist.

He doesn't care about what it does to his kids for them to have to see their parents being obviously unfaithful, or constantly high, or in a weird fucked-up threesome relationship. He doesn't care about how disrupting a family would affect the stability of the rest of his community, and I'm sure that he can't understand why that would be the case. He can't comprehend that other people might perceive what he was doing as something inherently negative which needed to be stopped for everyone's sake.

He just cares that it was fun, and that he wanted to do it.
That's as far as his thought process goes on any of this. His mind is working on the same level as your average inner-city youth who robs a liquor store.
Nick cannot even understand that the cops were hostile toward him because of his own actions. This motherfucker's brain doesn't work.

I feel like young Hitler in Vienna, slowly but inexorably learning to hate a certain group of people.
Lolberts to the camps. They are a subversive element who damage the communities they're in and cannot be trusted.

He now loves his audience and he "didn't appreciate how invested people were and how they participated".
It's because all of the stuff that he was doing was just his stuff. He cannot comprehend that anyone else would care about infidelity or drug use or child endangerment. His brain physically does not work in such a way that he can understand it.

Now the government is telling him he cannot do what he thinks is fun now.
Because the thing that he wants to "do" for fun is April.

Also the 107 degree temperature was true!
Hell, maybe it was—and that's what gave him the brain damage that he so obviously has.

he's not gonna make it is he?
Nope! Not a fucking chance.

ANY allegations of this sort to anyone are inflammatory and possibly defamatory. Pics/statements/proof or it didn't happen.
Whatever conduct he's alleging is not serious. The GAL is not going to risk their career or put the children in jeopardy. The GAL only cares about the interest of the children (this is why Nick hates her). The GAL didn't automatically say that Nick and Kayla being free and having the kids was in the kids best interest. Not arguing that the kids should be immediately returned to the drug den made her the enemy.

If the concerns brought to GAL were serious, she would have first reported them to the police. Second, she would have reported it to the court. She would have advocated for their removal from the custody of the offender. She has no reason not to and it's the argument she made to keep them in foster care away from Nick. She's not afraid of that argument.

So the obvious conclusion is whatever Nick is imagining as serious is on the same order as the relevance of watermarks on his stream.
