If that's partial flap, I can't imagine what total flap failure would look like (besides necrosis). Not sure how to execute the idea, or if it’s practical, but happy to ask the staff about it if this idea gets traction.

Or at least that there should be a Best of SRS Horrors Thread Hall of Shame because the thread has grown to the point that there are several results like Gruffin, Fistulissa, and Babysoots that are thread lore, yet it’s difficult to find all their updates in one easy place due to the thread size. And while of them like Gruffin and Ashton have timeline posts, you have to dig deep for them, too. Plus it feels like there is at least one or two results every month that result in everyone replying “I thought I was desensitized, but this broke me.” I think one would work for new people coming in or trying to find info on a specific troon/result.

The main trouble for me is figuring out how to organize it. By surgery type? Collapsible spoilers or tables? Maybe a surgery type glossary?

Im not a sadist. I get no sexual pleasure out of it but I do enjoy watching these people get their comeuppance, fuck around and find out etc. Most of these people are legit bad human beings and losing their genitals and a way to procreate, is a net win for society. I always think of sin city and the yellow bastard loosing his appendage.
I think the reason why people come back is a form of "call of the void". What these people do to themselves is so ludicrus and beyond human comprehension, that we need to see it with our own eyes. AND maybe laugh at an specially horrorfying stinkditch.
