So would Charlie at least attempt to call out Blitz and co. for damning more people? Or is it still too meeeaaan to actually use her authority as the princess of Hell? Damn, I still miss pilot Charlie, when she wasn’t a complete wet blanket and willing to fight a bitch.
I am fully expecting Charlie to be submissive towards Blitz, or at the very least be "understanding" towards him once he starts going full cunt. He has some kind of energy field around him that removes everyone's spine.

Granted, that just brings up the question why Hellborn don't avoid the Pride ring entirely, seeing as they have complete access to the other rings unlike Sinners. They always have to worry about their own kind killing them; why add on people who can't die except by angelic weapons on top of that?

Because you can't expect consistency and logic—that even a non-fan of the show would probably piece together and wonder—from Vivziepop. You'd think there'd be some divide between the Hellborn and Sinners considering Sinners are powerful and immortal, while Hellborn, especially the imps, are peasants beyond peasants. But oh no, they couldn't cause of, whatever reason! But now they're able to. And that's gonna make the worldbuilding unrecoverable.

Completely unsalvagable cause now there's 200x more unanswered questions that will forever be tossed aside for, what I feel, will become low brow fan service rather than an actual understanding of how two entirely different shows will counteract with each other.

Update from the Vegas con: Helluva is now also owned by Amazon and crossovers are coming thanks to the legal issues being sorted between the shows. Helluva will still be on youtube for free but will be streaming on Prime a month in advance alongside Hazbin.
I'd like to see people twist this into somehow still believing Viv actually gives a shit about independent animation.

A Helluva Boss x Hazbin crossover feels super fucking redundant honestly. None of these characters will have anything of value to say to each other.
Really the only interesting dynamics I can think of is Charlie or Lucifer interacting with the other Deadly Sins and maybe the Cherubs with the Heaven-related characters

So Helluva Boss is following a similar path to TADC by coming onto Prime while still letting Viv have full control of the show and still being on Youtube. I guess we now know where the extra money will be coming from.

Two things I took of note from the video; first there will be crossover episodes. I'm not entirely sure who will come onto which one, and how well that will work out. But I'm sure the fans will be happy nonetheless. What they might not be so happy about is that they will have to wait a full month for a Helluva Boss episode to be released on YouTube once it releases on Prime. Bet there will be a lot more pirating when this happens.
Wait, so Amazon technically has involvement with Helluva? GLITCH/Gooseworx made it perfectly clear that all Netflix is doing with Digital Circus is having it available for their streaming service, but production wise, they air the episodes whenever GLITCH airs it on YouTube, and it's not in any meaningful way financing TADC.

Because if Amazon is funding Helluva and allowing crossovers with Hazbin, then that means they have licensing power over it. It's just that they don't have say over the episode count, runtime and season renewal... you know, the only creative control A24 supposedly had with Hazbin, since Viv wants to constantly claim that A24 pretty much approved any writing decisions she made.

Would be funny if someone like Kassandra Cage (Johnny Cage & Sonya Blade's daughter) smashed his jaw like in her MKX fatality to make him stop talking, and then took a selfie with him, after splitting his head in two like a "V". He'd become a stoic thinker, then!
I guarantee from now on every side character is gonna be some Broadway actor or at least the vast majority.

It will also be fucking hilarious if Ed Bosco got replaced because Viv's obsession with theatre kids again.
At least he voiced a random UAC scientist, the Marauder and the Icon of Sin in Doom Eternal. He got his work cut out for him in the end.

A part of me wants to say I saw it coming, considering how Helluva boss was just as popular if not more than Hazbin; at the same time I don't expect the quality to improve even with the backing of corpo. I expect S3 and beyond to be an absolute mess of gay melodrama; the original premise already died long ago and its corpse was dug up and shot again when Blitz refused to kill a faggot because it reminded him of "uwu gay owl".

Maybe the animation and production might be better, the scale of things and all that but thats being really 🌈, at the end of the day its going to be an absolute fucking mess, but it will at least be a shiny turd.

Normally I would say that a megacorp buying out an indie animation project is a bad thing. However, no one in the entire history of creative writing has ever needed a stodgy corporate middle management tard wrangler more than Viv does.
They didn't tard wrangle Viv on Hazbin, what makes you think they'd do so for Helluva?

If anything, I expect the animation production to get cheapened and worse, just like it did when Hazbin went from indie pilot to Amazon - expect less background details, stiffer and less fluid action scenes, etc.

Sinners being more powerful than hellborn sounds totally ass backwards anyway.

If it had been the other way around, the hotel would serve a double purpose of not only saving the sinners from the exterminations, but from hell itself, but you can't have that when your hell is basically a sodomite paradise I guess

I could see it working in universe, given how it's basically a bastardized amalgamation of the story of creation and works related to it. It's been said that God intended for Humans to surpass even angels (hence the reason for Lucifer's jealousy), so with that in mind its easy to see how a human soul in the afterlife can be a truly powerful entity that surpasses both Hell and Heavenborn. It would also explain why Adam was so friggin powerful and why he was the leader of the Exorcists.

Hell look at other Amazon shows that have more retarded people running them like The Boys. Bezos gives zero fucks.

I feel like it depends if Spindle Horse is still going to primarily animate Helluva Boss which seems likely as Hazbin's production is likely done all at once given the first season releases multiple episodes at a time while Helluva Boss has bigger gaps between episodes
