We were forced to accommodate them so that really doesn't incentivize them to learn our language.
Any attempt to incentivize them just gets screamed down by lefties for being "racist" and "xenophobic."
In recently discussing a similar point, it was mentioned how the Dems via the NGOs and activists not only bring countless people across the border illegally, they take away any reason for them to learn English or be productive members of society. Instead, these groups coddle them and assure them they will be provided for as long as they wake up each morning.
There is nothing inherently wrong with ethic families passing on their language, culture, etc. to the next generation. Not learning the local language or being aware of the do's and dont's of your new country, however, is inexcusable no matter how the activists try to spin it.
The timing is uncanny while with Rome trip and nuclear talk however Iran is not calling for Israels head and so far is treating it like an accident.
The theory was always that Anchor babies keep the worthless leech parents in our country. But that's just the demoralization talking. There's no reason they can't be sent back with their parents.
I heard on the radio that a recent case that has activists up in arms because an anchor baby was deported with an illegal parent may be a genuine nothing burger if its true the parent requested the kid go with them to keep them together. Still, I'm sure some judge somewhere will deem it a gross abuse of human rights.
The guy has a lot of experience, political connections, and is very "old-school" in the sense that he knows how to actually win elections before doing the kind of TMI verbal diarrhea that a lot of modern Democrats do.
Does he check off enough check boxes? The Dems don't seem to keen on males right now unless they check off as many identity politic check boxes as possible?
Does the constitution have any actual relevance anymore? I'm not shit posting I'm genuinely serious. At this point the US constitution has been thoroughly sodomized by every politician in the nation.
I'm not sure if it's one person or multiple who make the point the constitution and the legal system in general are predicated on an honor system where people are generally willing to uphold the law and accept legal rulings.
Your point is a good one when considering how both sides seem more interested in bending and breaking the law until some judge with enough authority says, "You can't do that" and has enough teeth to enforce the ruling. As both main parties become more polarized, this has become more of the norm and the honor system is more the exception than the norm now - especially as judges render politicized decisions instead of apolitical ones.
