Had to look into this one because what the actual fuck? The game is called "Kiwami-Highlow", which was released for free in 2015. It's a gambling game where you play as a girl who needs to guess whether cards drawn from a deck will be higher or lower than the previously drawn card. If you guess incorrectly, the game enters a Russian Roulette mode where the character either lives or gets shot in the head. She also wets herself (or cums?) every time that the mode is entered. There have been two reskins of the game (Marisa-Highlow and Seiko-Highlow) as well as multiple other pieces of fanart and tributes to the game.

There are several publicly viewable uploads of the game on YouTube, one of which has a comment section that is very obviously comprised of children.
