Lookit the fat on lil chubby's face. Looking bloated Rackets. Better work on that diet more.

I don't give a fuck if it's legal or not, I want someone to sue Nick and Melton over the AI voices because it would amuse me greatly.
I do think there may be some legality about using someone's voice for profit as opposed to parody. As the draw to this is specifically you can use this person's voice for a price, but that would be a huge shitshow trial.

No doubt, but the thing is, I don't think he's got the supports to get it reversed like he did before.
His YouTube nontent is so boring I don't even care if someone gets him kicked off it. In fact that would be hilarious, a great combo to the revocation of him even having a forum because he's such a boring faggot.

Now all we need is for Nick to say the magic words “Go on and sue me” because that always worked out well for him.
For a man who’s six figures in the hole because of his inability to control himself and his anger, he makes remarkably dumb decisions.

Almost as if he coke and boozed himself right into smooth brain territory or something.

When back, he declared, "Provigil and Adderall!" and took the pills.
Nick showed his prescription Adderall bottle
Maybe Nick can soothe his frayed nerves from watching his channel gutter and die by engaging in his favorite hobby, reading journal abstracts. For his convenience I'll even provide one about his very own combination of medications:

Yeah. IANAL, but I mean, can I start selling albums with AI generated music trained exclusively on Metallica and marketed under the name Metallica? Sean and Aaron make their living with their voice, and now it's been hi-jacked in a way that makes it more difficult for them to utilize their own likeness going forward.

It's the same reason I can't take a photograph and then create a statue based on the photograph as I've now infringed upon their right to make that statue. If Sean or Aaron decide "hey, I want to use my likeness for AI voice generated donation alerts!" they now have to unfairly compete with someone who has undermined their right to use their own likeness in this capacity.

There's producing a parody that draws from their likeness, and then there's charging a premium for the privilege of utilizing that likeness for customized voice messages. Its use really doesn't seem fair and it implies that those people gave their blessing for their likeness to be used in this manner.

The thing is: When someone actually has ADHD, stimulants such as Adderall makes them calm and even sleepy at high dosages.

I don’t see anything of the kind with Nick, instead he just seems to get restless, which would indicate he doesn’t have ADD/ADHD.

The only other thing besides ADD that it is prescribed for is narcolepsy, which Nick definitely doesnt have, And in very rare cases: Weight loss. Which is also contraindicated here.

Don’t know quack he made cough up a prescription for amphetamines, but definitely something his parole officer should look into.

Wouldn’t at all be surprised if Nick got it from some shady “telehealth” company where he lied about ADD symptoms.

I used to think Nick only became retarded recently, but that story about how he refused to do his job and just read Ayn Rand because his boss told him to work overtime is the same type of indignant retardation he's doing today

For anybody looking for more lawyers to watch on Youtube that aren't complete shitbags, John Bryan, aka The Civil Rights Lawyer, just hit 1 million subs.

He doesn't do trial streams, but he does excellent breakdowns of law enforcement encounters while harboring a suspicion of the government (in a rational way, and not an insane Nick or Barnes like way). I think @Potentially Criminal knows him and is also a fan.

This is what continuing success looks like. Nick will NEVER hit that number.

I am in no way associated with the man, and this isn't a shameless plug. I just watch his content on occasion, and find it entertaining. I figured many posters in this thread are probably also interested in such content.

Yeah I like that guy. Really seems to be trying to stick up for the little guy.

Edit: @Potentially Criminal Would be great to see you do something with this guy someday.

Nick needs to go to prison for a few years.
I read an AMA on reddit about a white collar guy who went to prison for two years. He said to pass the time he and his cellie popped mollies and sucked each other off. That plus no kids = Nick having an absolute blast in prison, so I don't even think that would work as punishment.

Prison toilet booze, smuggled drugs, no kids and all the cocks he can suck! I'm surprised he didn't ask for a custodial sentence straight away!

Anyone else find it FUNNY and WEIRD that an actual lawyer who really does regularly critique and actually goes after after the cops/shitty local governments somehow isn't the victim of a conspiracy of false reporting and having coke rubbed into his kids hair, but Nick supposedly was?
