that movie flopped bob, so people clearly did care that there was an absurdity to casting a latina as a character known for snow white skin. also like this is shit that started with you and your ilk who said that video game titties caused rape, you play unserious games you attract unserious people. the same people who boycott wizard game over troon politics, or you who called the south park writers bad people for making fun of college SJWs in 2016 - but like that pop culture bullshit is in a paradox where it's important enough that if they do all this stuff it's for the good of mankind, that Daredevil is a product of resistance, that Kamala is brat, that not doing progressive activism or making fun of it like Gervais did is tantamount to being a racist, that not liking marvel movies is like saying the n-word and that the backlash to disco being overplayed was actually a cabal of racists, but that caring about pop culture is not important otherwise. Disco could singlehandedly have stopped segregation, but is also so unimportant nobody but academics should talk about it - academics who by Bob's own standards are infallible and have all the right opinions. bob had a tweet years ago that sarcastically was saying "funny how any amount of money given to the disney corp is endorsement of their horrible policies", essentially, yet now he makes the exact same argument in reverse: so when Disney took away DEI initiatives, gave money to Trump and said diversity is why their movies failed while throwing Ziegler and Larson under the bus and by Bob's own standards bowing the knees to nazi fanboys who hated TLJ with TROS, it's been fine to defend their movies, buy the merch and watch them without asteriks, not even giving them a point subtracted. yet with JKR it's too far. Like how tweets by the Emilia Perez actor would've made it a 5/10, but concentration camps werent enough to not suck off the shitty Mulan remake. what standards does this guy have, really? he's got a bigger grudge against the sonic movies than movies made by actual nazis

Luckily, the human spirit is good at adapting. Another issue that they may eventually confront is overpopulation. Maybe people will have to learn to have children later and less frequently. Maybe they can find ways to sustain a larger population by using more efficient technology. Maybe they will one day develop spaceships and begin to colonize the cosmos. We can leave, for now, the long-lived fable people to grapple with these new challenges, while we try to make some progress in our own adventure.
