Nool only keeps IP logs for, what, 30 days? If you're not using a VPN/TOR, your ISP can see that you accessed KF, but not what account you used because it's protected by HTTPS. Assuming you didn't sign up with your real e-mail or something. A compromised TOR node could theoretically leak an IP, which is still bad, but not leak content. Therefore, no account data.

Ive never paid it in decades of supposed having to pay it, only time I've ever come across enforcement agents was 20 odd years ago, lived in a massive block of flats and they came knocking on all the doors, literally just told then to fuck off and they did.
