I'm sure there'd be lots of talk about toxic masculinity, MILFs and Fast Times at Ridgemont High.

its not like FoW was some right wing band, they have a long history and the song is obviously more about the teen boy's absurd imagination than anything else. like they're pretty solid libs who just loved making pop hits and could do it in any style whether its 1960s early rock or stuff CW kids in the 2010s would enjoy. Al Gore even admitted to being a huge fan of the band pre-stacy's mom.

They're one of those "best bands you never heard of " types, and especially the band member that wrote Stacy's mom, he is responsible for like every song made on network television outside of glee, the average american millenial or boomer or GenXer is probably a FoW fan and don't even know it.

I meant that it would be Todd's talking points since he grasps at straws and finds faults with "problematic" stuff like sexy women, but then again if he likes the band he'll say they were being ironic and were making fun of that sort of content. I liked their debut album, but never heard their other stuff, unfortunately.

It's a song about the guilt of dating a friend's ex and her curiosity about whether the guy ever thought of his ex while being with her. I have no clue who Devon is and her ex Jesse was in a band called The Neighbourhood, the songs is supposedly about those two.

I forgot about a song I think would make for an interesting One Hit Wonderland: "Fall For You" by Secondhand Serenade.
I remember hearing that song on the radio all the time when I was a kid, and for whatever reason that TikTok made that song represent emo music as a whole (besides "Welcome To The Black Parade" and "I Miss You").
Hearing him rip apart another piano ballad would be fun too.

I have watched Todd's content for an embarrassingly long time, but only in the last 6 months or so has he bored me to indifference. A large part of that has been his Kendrick/Drake monomania. And he's been late with the last two videos, too. The guy has been coasting on ~ $96k/yr in Patreonbux since 2022 plus his other passive income streams and clearly doesn't give a shit anymore.
