Just did some looking-upping. My info was old, apparently there’s a 10mg adderall XR version.
It’s a capsule with two balls in it. One immediate release. Other goes 4 hrs later.

Guy is on the cuck version of the drug. The IR ones you get three a day 10mg. More easily abused, crushable and snortable if you don’t mind cutting 5 (or more) days of the expiration day of your heart
XR: not so much.

The only real “advantage” is you piss hot by default.
2/3’s of the medicine is dexamphetamine – the test goes hot on the amphetamine part of that. In some cultures, that could lead to a lower chance of a piss test that fails – due to amphetamines – being sent to a secondary test, because there’s a doctors note to explain the positive test; one might assume.

The lighting is absurdly bad. It's lighted so poorly that it actually looks darker than it is, like he's streaming in the dark. Whatever he did with the camera angle sucks too.
