Same, I never really got into this case. But the fact that it is still going on tells me I missed a doozy. Sadly I wouldn't even know where to start in order to get into it.
I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case. The more sensible minded people covering the case just figured they wanted to avoid embarrassing material from getting into discovery. the FKR people take it to mean every person in the state of Massachusetts is in a giant conspiracy to cover up the murder of a drunk guy by a house full of his own friends who decided to kill him... for some unknown reason then hide his body on their own fucking front lawn.

This is why putting it in balloons is a common practice. If you actually pass out, you just release the balloon and it flies away harmlessly. A way some people get killed is pumping a garbage bag full of it, and since it's heavier than air, if they fall face first into it they can asphyxiate in a pool of it.

During the stream—and in the Elissa clip I posted earlier—Rekieta was mocking the idea that “nobody reads the Terms of Service.” And to be fair, he’s generally right if we’re talking about signing up for some random website. But when money is involved—especially when he’s using Super Tips to receive what could be a considerable amount—one would expect a lawyer to actually read the ToS.
