I’m not following the Karen Read trial closely, nor am I knowledgeable about the facts of the case. Is this swinger party theory just projection—because Rekieta assumes everyone is a degenerate like he is—or is it actually a plausible theory based on the known facts?
Same, I never really got into this case. But the fact that it is still going on tells me I missed a doozy. Sadly I wouldn't even know where to start in order to get into it.
On the plus side it does mean I have zero reason to watch any of Nick's streams outside the clips of him acting insanely retarded.

I’ve seen it rumored that the dead guy, John, was a bit of a player.
And there’s possibly something between Jen and one of the cops too?

Which is going to be just small town bored housewife stuff probably rather than Nick’s dream scenario.
I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case. The more sensible minded people covering the case just figured they wanted to avoid embarrassing material from getting into discovery. the FKR people take it to mean every person in the state of Massachusetts is in a giant conspiracy to cover up the murder of a drunk guy by a house full of his own friends who decided to kill him... for some unknown reason then hide his body on their own fucking front lawn.

New face, who dis?

Rekieta seems very triggered about Sean making fun of him for not reading the Super Tips terms of service. I still have no idea what he means when he says that practicing lawyers suddenly become retarded when analyzing his legal troubles. From what I remember, Kurt was correct in his analysis of the Monty case, and every non-balldowashing practicing lawyer I’ve seen was also right in critiquing Rekieta’s request for a Franks hearing.

Even the non-lawyer KarenFarmers were right in their legal analysis.
Nick needs to stop gassing his remaining brain cells.

Nick and Melton have both been in violation of their applicable state law with the content they have been generating and streaming.

Whats a balldo to do?

Skelly’s channel had been dying before the arrest. So it can’t generate income like it needs to.

His reputation is ruined due to his assholery and degeneracy.

He’d actually make more money working at a McDonald’s.

But he can’t even do that because he has to drive his kids around.

So he is really stuck in quite a predicament.

Unable to make enough money to support his family, and unable to pursue an option that can make more than his current money making option (YouTube).

Nick’s life is fucked, truly. Assuming he has a life insurance policy, it might be better to commit suicide.

zero swinger stuff in the trial #1 or #2 he is wet brained

The money doesn’t matter. The last time he earned anything over and above what the trust fund pays to support the family, he blew it all on coke and hookers. He’s not able to use coke now and the hooker who stole his heart has left (arguably).

What he does need to do is present the appearance of working, without being visibly fucked up on camera. It’s not going well.

Stalker Child, I see what you're doing. You're trying to IGNORE that none other than The Robert Barnes Esq. said the other lawyers were all wrong about everything! And that's all Nick needs.

The Supertip Terms of Service are wild. IANAL, so this could be boilerplate stuff and I am just retarded.

First, the mostly standard stuff. Don't post harassing content, etc.. The last sentence ties to the Indemnification section later.

Next, they can edit your content. So if Nick doesn't like your message, he can change it and display it as if you wrote it that way. * This already came out from Perry Caravello's camp, Tomb admitted to editing super tips to fit their "script." See the video at the end for proof.

Don't try to keep track of Supertips!

Don't talk bad about Supertip!

1746568229382.webp

Interesting. Isn't this what the voice tips do exactly?

1746568251814.webp

What? The user has to have the written consent of each and every identifiable person in your contributions to use the name and likeness or each and every such identifiable individual person? This one seems like a reach.

Again, lmao

Indemnification if he gets sued for your contributions. Hmm. This could be standard and I'm just misinterpreting this, but that's what it sounds like to me. Use Kurt's voice and Kurt sues Patrick? Are you on the hook?

tldr; Send nice messages, make sure you have the written consent of all the voices you send voice tips for, and if Melty gets sued over your contributions, you will pay for the lawsuit.

Who would use this after actually reading it?

* Tomb from Perry Caravello talking about how they edit super tips to fit their script:

I hope Nick convinces Melton with his acute legal acumen and considerable court-tested experience to ignore every TTS takedown request.
Melton is foolishly playing brinkmanship and betting on the idea that fighting it is not worth the cost.

One of these people will pull the trigger and submit filing.
Or someone will rally everyone together for a joint action in a single lawsuit, as they have all suffered similar harm from the same defendant’s conduct.

Look at King Cobra, he was always different but he's much slower in speaking and smaller in thinking now than he used to be. Madness no authority has cracked down on this stuff being sold so easily with such consequances
I for one wouldn't like to have whip cream, glue, or canned air to clean my PCs cracked down because 1% of the population is fucking retarded enough to do it. I think its an acceptable price for people like Nick to go brain dead for my convenience.

You Kiwi prudes—Rekieta is actually a good guy who was just trying to keep him from drinking himself to death!
Sure, he had previously been watching Melton alogging the guy, and even begged to be on his stream (because he's an attention whore), but that’s secondary to the main point: Rekieta is just a good guy looking out for these addicts.
"A guy who made me look sober."

Yeah Nick at least you're giving up pretenses of sobriety.

Didn´t he hate fat people?
He still does, he especially hates his chubby fat fatty self. Yet he keeps eating so much.

So did Nick actually miss a screening?
Cause I feel like that would be a right to jail scenario if he did.

Total Supertips, and he's getting about 50 Supertips/stream.

The average dollar amount is between $5-$10, So, let's say, the average is $8 x 50 Supertips/stream x 10 streams = $4,000.

The problem is that I (and others) detect fuckery. Melton runs this system.
So many of the supertips sound like Nick using the system to amuse himself. It was obvious from Day 1 that he has an ability to generate fake superchats.

So many of the supertips sound like Nick using the system to amuse himself. I don't doubt some people are genuinely using it, but the catty Lawtube comments in particular reek of him stroking his own ego. Who else would pay $5 to hear about Kurt's micropenis?
I bet the casual viewer playing the stream as background noise is super happy about "Nicka" TTS superchats playing over the stereo.

At that point, your life more or less depends on you passing out in a way that allows an unrestricted airway, so your unconscious body is able to breathe enough for you to wake back up.
This is why putting it in balloons is a common practice. If you actually pass out, you just release the balloon and it flies away harmlessly. A way some people get killed is pumping a garbage bag full of it, and since it's heavier than air, if they fall face first into it they can asphyxiate in a pool of it.
Nick confirms he didn't have a test today, but his whining about testing is even more pathetic because his response deadline for testing is 4 pm, an incredibly generous timeframe.
So he actually didn't skip it, but for some reason, he's preemptively coming up with nonsensical excuses for when he does?

During the stream—and in the Elissa clip I posted earlier—Rekieta was mocking the idea that “nobody reads the Terms of Service.” And to be fair, he’s generally right if we’re talking about signing up for some random website. But when money is involved—especially when he’s using Super Tips to receive what could be a considerable amount—one would expect a lawyer to actually read the ToS.

Instead, he mocks the very idea of doing so, then turns around and insults other lawyers who do, accusing them of “shitting the bed” whenever they talk about him.

He’s so retarded, it’s almost unreal.
