Rekieta seems very triggered about Sean making fun of him for not reading the Super Tips terms of service. I still have no idea what he means when he says that practicing lawyers suddenly become retarded when analyzing his legal troubles. From what I remember, Kurt was correct in his analysis of the Monty case, and every non-balldowashing practicing lawyer I’ve seen was also right in critiquing Rekieta’s request for a Franks hearing.

It sounds like Nick either has, or attempts to, convince Melton that he would win any lawsuits and wants Suprtips to ignore C&D requests.
