I would expect a late payment in conjunction with a motion to excuse his lateness
He won't pay because he will claim that filing a motion to "undo the things that he said directly to the Judge in the hearing constitute Excusable Neglect and he should not have to pay," will stay the order to pay.

He will then file another emergency motion after the deadline has past claiming yet more Excusable Neglect.

I think he'll pay the filing fee because there's some something to be gained by paying. he might hit up a payday loan place for the cash. I don't think he'll pay the sanctions owed because there's no threat to dismiss his lolsuit.

A payday loan company had to sue him to pay up last year. He ain't getting any more payday loans anytime soon.

Edit; also just because the active portion of the case is mostly stayed does not mean that Hardin and Nulls collection actions for the fees awarded is stayed. He's late. Has no agreements regarding what is owed with the defendants. And the defendants do not have a valid mailing address for the plaintiff with which to serve collection actions. So the defendants may opt to reach out to Judge Barlow for assistance in this, as that's the conclusion Bennet seemed to come to. He's already late, is not in fact in forma pauperis, and does not seem to have taken Barlow's initial sanctions very seriously ("i can pay I just don't want to"). How's that gonna go?

That could even be the next poll: when does Russ pay his court filing fees?

I think it should ask what's the next thing Russ will file/do: pay the filing fee, pay the sanctions, respond to Motion to Dismiss, appeal one of the rulings, etc.

he won't be able to get one from that company that sued him, but there's a lot to choose from including the arab bodegas.

it's not lot being even more late will cause the courts to dismiss the case.

Retracting my previous "he's not retarded, he's malicious" analysis for a simple "he's retarded."

Losing his IFP status is some high-quality retardation on its own, but the whole "phone storage" cope is baffling. Google Drive is free, a subscription for expanded storage is dirt cheap ($3/mo for 200GB), and these legal documents are relatively tiny in the context of digital storage. Even if something had to give... why would it be the sensitive legal documents? Surely whatever else he's saving to his cell phone (whatever the fuck it might be; who fills an entire phone's storage??) isn't as important as legal documents.

He's clearly under a lot of stress, being wire-tapped by comedian Jim Norton and all, so maybe he just needs a chance to explain.

I think it's the first real proof we have that he's actively malicious, imo.

Because phones don't just randomly delete documents you've created. They might delete songs you've loaded, or some shit, but documents you made are more rare than photos, and precious.

Much more likely that he intentionally destroyed it (either right after filing in a fit of anger when it was denied) or after it was requested (the first being funny, the second being an actual crime).

Or he lost access to all his shit when he destroyed his phone by accident, which strikes me as not very likely.

It's a Sanction. Which means it's a penalty the court has slammed you with to get you to stop being a fucking retard. If you blow off the sanction and increase the retardation the court can increase the sanction until it is satisfied you are no longer a problem. Up to and including dismissing your shit tier plightsuit.

And if you're a minor celebrity you'll pay right before this happens because money owed in the future, whatever the cost, isn't a real and there's always a chance it'll get forgotten or motioned away.
Yeah, and that is the kind of thing that ends up on your credit report for 10 years, if I am remembering correctly.
most, if not all payday loans don't report to the big 3. They might do credit checks but i don't have experience with ones that do. most of the time its a few paystubs. you can even be a state certified schitzo and get a loan.

He's too retarded to use Google drive. However, iCloud is the same price for 200 gb, and it's seamless.

I can't believe he tacitly admitted to actually writing those motions and everything else on his iPhone. In retrospect I suppose the screenshot attachments should have given it away, but damn son, no wonder all the I am 6 formatting. Even the Pro line has a screen that's too small to make word processing easy.

You don't understand,

Downloading pictures of e-thots takes up a lot of storage space.

I wonder, does losing his IFP status in this case negatively impact his ability to gain it in any future lolsuits he files? Like if he files another suit and tries to gain IFP, will the court see that it was revoked/reversed this time and say "Nah fam. That don't won't hunt. You gotta pay now."?
Based on the Stebbins cases and others, no, this doesn’t stop him from requesting IFP status in the future.

It’s a form you fill out and file with the court when you file your lawsuit. He has to accurately represent his financial status at the time he files which may have changed since his last lawsuit.

The opposing lawyer can challenge the IFP status and call for an accounting, but they should have some evidence to support going down that path.
