Not really. At best you could argue "given up" is the wrong phrasing. There's no timeline or clock for the Deep States goals. There's no urgency to force everything on people, especially now. You're seeing global revolt against the TPTB all across the West. They're seeing ousting in nearly every country. The way people consume media is changing and they've mostly lost control of the Internet. They don't need to really DO anything. Just stick to the plans still in motion and lay low.
