Think about it- whatever reasons he imagines he has for wanting these specific things, it still stands that at the heart of it, this was a man who requested that his genitals not be removed and that a fauxgina not be installed.
When he wasn't assured of these things, he acted out in ways that delayed the surgery.

He's compartmentalized and starved the last bit of clarity he can draw upon and is keeping it locked in a dark room in the back of his mind. Imo when that part of their mind breaks out again, that's when troons 41%

It sure is odd. The four-picture progression helps a little; judging by the preop picture, it looks like she always had pronounced labia majora. I initially thought the second photo was implants in her labia majora being called a "scrotoplasty" without moving them, which would be weird but you can't say it's more weird, but I think that's just how her labia work.

I think in the "action" photo, the lump to her left (our right) of her vagina is nonfunctional, half of the "scrotoplasty," and the lump on her right is the pump for her erectile device. It's anyone's guess if they ever looked like a teensy scrotum, or if they were always separate. Given what her factory labia looked like, they might have reduced them for the "scrotum" effect.

I had my PIV vaginoplasty 31 days ago and I'm now feeling reasonably fit and mobile again. I can do most things I could do before and my energy is okay. Dilation is also now much easier. However, I do have concerns. Soon after surgery it was clear that there was a tear right next to my clitoris. It was hard to see due to white fluffy protein stuff coming out. The tear became larger and about a week ago the fluff and - seemingly - a piece of skin just came off. Since then I don't seem to have a clitoris anymore. The area is not super sensitive anymore (as it was before) and I can't see the thingy that was there before. I just see a hole. I'm worried that I won't have any erogenous area now that it's gone.Also, the lips are pretty big and loose. They hang down about 3 cm when standing and are very visible in something tight. When I pee it still sprays everywhere. I hoped this would be temporary as it us quite annoying.

Trannies hate who they are, so it stands to reason they hate people who are into what they are. Some of them even resent encouragement from handmaidens and straights because that kind of encouragement and kindness is predicated on the knowledge that they are trans, which they hate. Troons try to dress up their butthurt with fancy feminist language about "objectification" and "fetishization" but that's not really what bothers them; troons have no problem being fetishized or objectified, but they want to be treated like that in the context of being women, which they aren't.
