If he hadn't posted stuff like this to prove that he was a malicious faggot and a vindictive cunt wouldn't it have been way harder to prove that the accusation were libellous? If he had just consistently stuck to his guns on him actually believing what he spewed about the suicide being totes Billy boy's fault, what are the chances he would've just ended up with his own fees while Billy pays his and the lawsuit was declared pointless and dumb? Not sure if order numbers are an accurate measure, but I've heard he apparently sells his Sauce to other restaurants or companies in the area who rebrand it with their own label. I'm assuming he has some decently big / regular customers, unless the hot sauce is more of a side Hussle for him.
Profit wise, 700 orders a month, assuming most people are only ordering 1-3 bottles is only like sustainable small business territory, but Billy has other revenue streams, including his new paypig Karl Lobst.

He still would been fucked since he was sent evidence showing he was wrong. In fact, he probably would have gotten punished harder if he went that route since he would have been willfully pushing a lie despite being shown otherwise. Also he did post a retraction when provided new information. Except it wasn't much of a retraction since he didn't really take back what he said or apologize. And sticking it at the end of an unrelated video where viewership drops off, guaranteeing minimum views also didn't help much either

The wording may seem odd to anyone, but see how it says "personal and real property"? This is just some real estate schooling, but real property = real estate; and seeing how it says anything the debtor may have a legal or beneficial interest in. The next line says there can be an exemption, and while there may be an exemption in place, just going by how it reads, Karl's house isn't off the table.
