When I buy booze they scan my State ID and a government provided system tells them if I am ok to buy booze. They don't keep my ID on file.

Why couldn't this be made available to adult content providers? No, I won't provide you my ID Mr. Pornsite, I will however provide it to GovIDCheck.GOV and it'll return an API call saying yes or no, and rather than my ID you can just store that. Mandate a reasonable re-check (my local candy store cards me every time despite knowing me, cause they have to) of say, once every 14 or 30 days, and we're good. Problem solved. (Right now they take a credit card and put a $1 hold on it to do more or less the same thing.)
This would be the most ideal way to do it, but the problem is no politician or lobbyist would ever go for a measure this simple and hands-off.
Who's gonna hire Congressman Shillworth's retarded black daughter if he doesn't create a new Federal Bureau of Pornography for her to sit on her ass and pretend to work in? How will Congressman Shillworth's top campaign contributor, Mr. Zogenstein, make back his investment if the government doesn't give his company a plum contract to have his top software engineer Saar Jeetus develop a draconian surveillance system that'll allow the FBP to collect and profile the personal information of everyone in the system?

In order to predict what a future law will be like, you need to imagine it from the perspective of a self-serving career politician, because that's who's going to be writing it 9 times out of 10.

I see a lot of people in this thread referring to porn as a vice, but isn’t it actually adultery, i.e. a sin? A vice would be something like drinking or gambling where it isn’t necessarily wrong but can lead to a sinful life if allowed to excess.

Since hentai is not of an actual person, does that count as adultery?

Yes cause unlike what the jews believe, there is no tricking god and you will still go to hell. Probably an even deeper level of hell since hentai is not of real people and thus is unnatural like faggotry and zoophilia, and that most hentai is also really fucking degenerate and for some reason need to include rape.

In my opinion the first place to start with the online porn issue is to outlaw making profit from porn. If you treat people making profit from making porn as pimps and prostitutes in the legal system I think it would do a lot in the long term as far as removing the glamorization of porn and being a whore for a living.

I'm not too opposed to requiring ID for porn sites because I'm just not convinced it will balloon out to the entirety of the internet. It seems like a huge leap in logic to me. Especially when we already have to use an ID to get alcohol or the likes and that's never been expanded to "You will need an ID to buy caffeine, man!"
They said that shit about gay marriage and look at where we are now slippery slope is only a fallacy because psudo intellectuals needed a way to argue against people who made an argument they couldn’t beat by appealing to midwits.

also a zoomer and this is true 99% of zoomer "humor" revolves around porn or sex
Also zoomer, the reason why that happened is because we had unrestricted access to the internet with no supervision because our gen x parents and millennial teachers were too retarded to realize how damaging it was to us. Half the reason we are in this mess is because we were raised by the two generations of people who didn’t learn how to parent or were rebelling against normal parent norms.
Edit: fucking double post mods if you see this can you merge my post sorry I thought the thread would flow faster.

Given we are only just past the first hundred days of Trump in office, the language around ICE and its agents has become very precise online at a rapid clip for even the average joe, namely: With the state of due process for people facing deportation under question, and the manner in which ICE agents are behaving (read: masked, refusal to identify, the fact half of them look like they're larping), that justifies and demands protecting yourself with a firearm.

The seeming "radicalization" towards pushing 2A rights so rapidly after decades of minimal progress on gun control from the left is interesting. I don't think it's going to be shocking to anyone if things escalate, particularly with how upsetting it seemed people found the recent Massachusetts footage.

You guys really want the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT to have an insecure server (that can be easily hacked) that stores digital IDs of US CITIZENS and their own personal weird sexual fetishes? Holy fuck, I knew the Farms were filled with retards, but this takes the fucking cake. Acting like this bullshit won't be turned against you in the long run. First it's something you dislike that's being looked at. What happens when it's something you like? Then what? Yum, yum, that government boot sure do taste good, don't it?
I just find it highly amusing that people on a site that's known for being fucked with by the governments of the world are being internet hall monitors.

Being an older Zoomer, right after the general cutoff for millennials, let me also weigh in on this.

This is absolutely correct. My Boomer/GenX parents didn't monitor a single god damn thing I saw on the internet, and boy does it show. I'm talking 2 girls 1 cup, porn, liveleak (RIP), and more just entering middle school.

A system where the websites are completely inaccessible until you verify your age via secondary server, regardless of where you live is REQUIRED if any plan to restrict minors access to porn is going to work. Why? VPNs. I was already pirating games at 10 years old, and of course that led to viruses. Really nasty ones too. Many factory resets were made, and a few nasty ones had to be purged by frantic googling from 13 year old me figuring out how to edit windows registry files without fucking up the computer because one particular virus still left shit behind even after deletion. If I can do that at around 10-13 years, then even the illiterate Gen Alpha kids we have today can just download something simple like free ProtonVPN to load up that sweet sweet tiddy. Sure, an 8-year-old probably wouldn't be able to do it, but a horny 15 year old teen that's been using computers their entire life can easily just circumvent all of this shit.

Not even mentioning the one gorillion porn sites that just don't comply with the law in these states. I live in a state that's blocks it, and I bet you my next years income that I could find porn in under 10 seconds if I tried.

Qatar to Gift $400 Million Plane to President Trump:

🔸 According to ABC News, the Trump administration is set to accept a luxury Boeing 747-8 jumbo jet—valued at around $400 million—from the Qatari royal family.

🔸 The plane will serve as Air Force One for Trump until just before he leaves office, after which ownership will transfer to his presidential library foundation.

🔸 Sources say this may be the most valuable gift ever given to the U.S. by a foreign government.

🔸 Attorney General Pam Bondi and Trump’s White House lawyer David Warrington concluded the arrangement is legally permissible.

🔸 Bondi—who herself was a registered foreign agent for Qatar—provided the legal memo approving the deal.

🔸 The DOJ and White House determined the gift does not constitute bribery, since it isn’t tied to any official act.

🔸 Bondi also argued it doesn’t violate the Constitution’s ban on foreign gifts because it’s being given to the U.S. Air Force and, later, a nonprofit.

🔸 Neither the White House, DOJ, nor the Qatari embassy responded to ABC’s requests for comment.

🔸 Experts note the aircraft’s $400 million price tag doesn’t include the additional security and communications upgrades needed for presidential transport.

Qatar?

They are going to have to take the whole thing apart to check for fuckery.

not for nothing but… if you have an ID or a social security number in the first place you’re already on such a database.

Trump had already planned to buy that plane because Boeing messed up the Air Force One replacement contract.

Qatar gifting it instead of selling it is just them trying to get on his good side.

They are. The plan is to complete strip it and have L3Harris (i.e. not Boeing) outfit it.

Seems like a better deal than just giving money to fags in Israel IMO.
It's hilarious seeing the cope in real time from people who complain about Israeli lobbying. Qatar has now outspent Miriam Adelson by 4x with this single plane. US also profits from its military aid to Israel by about 2 billion dollars yearly.
