Nick did not get his license revoked for any specific behavior, he let his educational requirement lapse. He just has to book the coursework, complete it, and he can get his license back.
At least that is the current situation, he was not sentenced, I don't know how the State Bar Association looks at plea deals that stay a felony count after a guilty plea and dismiss it upon completion of the probation.

Right now, he can presumably get his license back if he completes his CLE. That's been his cope for a while now.

However, @Useful_Mistake recently said that there is an active OLPR investigation into Nick. So that might change.

A source within the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility informs me that they are investigating Rekieta, but that they cannot reveal more

Historically, Nick has shared all of the correspondence he has received from OLPR. Mainly because all of it has been bullshit complaints by Kick Vickers and Keffals supporters that went absolutely nowhere.

He came back to...emphasize how deep his relationship with April was. He didn't even say he "really liked" Kayla more, just that they're different women (as if that somehow addresses the comment he's responding to).
